Why would anyone bet a lot of money on this game- Both teams are great, it coulda gone either way.. I'm a horse player, I've bet em just about everyday for my whole life, but I never bet the Kentucky Derby..why? Cause all the horses are great. I load up on obscure college games where one team is infinitely better than the other...Not the Super Bowl, not even the NFL which is a collection of almost identical all star teams..

The game was 20-10 not 40-10...Chiefs got the ball back with 9 minutes to go in the 4th down 20-10...There previous drive....they moved the ball easily and was about to score until the INT on a deflection off Hill in the redzone..I would not call that being dominated... It was 20-17 with 6:13 left in the game....
In the real world, thst would be dominated. In pretend world. They've turn the game into a arena football /basketball game, where teams take less than 60 seconds to go 80 yards ,multiple times in the last 5 minutes= entertainment

I played SF for 20k cash tonight (3rd time in my life making that wager amount) , and I can take the loss im not upset about losing......I just cant believe the WAY they lost...... How do you DOMINATE a game for 3.5 quarters and give up 21 points in 6 minutes..... ? Im in utter shock....... I've been physically sick and throwing up since I got home...... All my friends went pretty hard on SF, they were all going nuts, excited, i sat there with 0 emotion until the board said 00:00, and i just cant believe what took placeSorry need to vent , a LOT of money, and i probaly shouldnt have made that bet

Its not just another game, though. Its technically the WORST game to bet on, period. Its the #1 most heavily scrutinized game by all the line-maker Vegas experts. We all bet on it because we like to gamble and Vegas knows the biggest public game of the year is this game and they get two weeks to put every ounce of their efforts into creating lines.
Why people tend to go heavier, I couldn't tell you. Probably just b/c of the game hype of what it is; biggest game of the year, LAST game of the season--especially for those that bet primarily just NFL etc etc
IMO, you bet this game, you have to keep your betting unit the same as you did all season. Can't bet one unit constantly on games then bet 20, unless you're simply trying to double up whatever profit you may have by the time this game comes around. For me, its the same unit bet I make any other game. Just one, two at the most if I REALLY love a side.
