I see the Jets losing this week as a fixed game, off a bye week and then going in and getting shut out... the whole WORLD was on the Jets... That was just a set up for this week, people loose faith in a team so fast that they are willing to put money on Detroit just for last week's NYJ game. I don't know man, I wouldn't put my money on Detroit just for the fact that they are not very good this year... I agree that they win a few more games but get a W on the Jets is not sometime I see in the 5th day forecast! But good luck, I'm not gonna jump to the conclusion that you are a 'tout' but that pick is not what you call 'POY', but hey, different strokes for different folks! Regardless of what and how you bet, I wish you luck and hope you have a winning season.. who knows, if you win everyone will get off your back and call you the best capper instead of a stanky ass tout!

I will see everyone next week. My card is final, and I have nothing more to add.  I have better things to do with my time than to deal with this non-sense.   Like I said, my track record and winning percentage does the talking and how I quietly go about things on here speak for itself and can clearly be seen through all of my threads.   Being called a tout by far was the most hilarious thing I think has happened to me on here, so it made the night worth sticking around late.  The delay had to do with something I was researching that came up on the play, nothing more, and if the figures didn't add up, it would have been downgraded to a regular play.  I don't care if anyone plays this game, or my side.  That's not what this is about, these are my plays, if it helps someone, that's great...if they want to fade them all go for it. This is a rare play for me, those that have followed me know that.   But, in the end of the day, I hope that everyone has a winning week.  I'm just not a big fan of the drama, but definitely would suggest to everyone to read through all of my threads I have started on here and come up with their own judgment for themselves .

Best of luck to everyone Week 9.  I will see you all next week.

Wow guys..You all are making a big deal out of nothing.. URISS.. so you're mad that he's posting a play as POY? He hasn't posted a POY in the NFL yet this year and didn't post one in the NFL last year. This will probably be his only POY for this NFL season. And people complaining that he took too long to post his play look even dumber. He didn't even wait a whole day to post the pick from when the thread started..

I have spent some time watching the Jets offense,  and I truly believe it’s among the most predictable in the league, just ask the Green Bay Packers who probably should have lost to the Lions.  I think the scouting reports are starting to roll in, and although this team has had success with their defense, their offense is far from where the Lions currently stand.  This is an offense that could only score 1 offensive touchdown combined against the Ravens, Vikings, and Packers.  How many do they score on Sunday?

I don't think you can compare Lions D to Ravens, Vikings, or Packers.....

That being said, I think Lions +4 is a good bet this week

I have to agree with you. Best method to make money in sports betting is to find the right spot to fade these so called handicappers. I don't even study games anymore, I just watch line moves and posts and find the fades. One of the best guy, ironically he is also a tout, Tom from toutbuster.com is uses the best method to fade/tail other touts and the right spot and make money. He has been money. I never seen anyone so disciplined like him. Never plays more than 3 games a day, even on a Saturday when there are hundreds of games. And never plays more than 4 units.

I think any knowledgeable person around here can see the obvious reading through this thread.  It's been a while since someone has came into my thread with such hatred and hostility because of one play, and to top it all, call me a tout without it being warranted.  No worries, man.  Everything is going to be okay regardless of the outcome.  I don't know if you put the mortgage on the Jets play and you are sad to see someone play the Lions heavy, or what.  But, whatever is going on that's making you get so defensive, I hope that you get it worked out.  I hate seeing people take things so serious around here, and act like it's their way or nothing.  I fully understand you are on the Jets, and I wish you the best of luck with that play, but I am concerned that there might be something deeper going on that you may need to get worked out.

Like someone pointed out earlier, I haven't made a play of the year the last two NFL seasons, and when I have made these plays....it's highly likely that they hit.  If it annoys you this much because I am placing my largest wager of the year-this year, just bite your lip and try and keep things noble.  Even though I quietly cap every game of every week and end up at +60% or better at the end of the year, I would hope for a little bit of respect as my plays are more quietly posted around here than the majority that post with a lot lower success rate.

Best of luck on your Jets play,  there are always arguments to both sides of every games. That's obvious, I just wish people could relax a little more and be a little more civil around here when discussing their plays.  That's why I normally don't go too in depth, and post that often.

I post my plays every week and wish everyone the best of luck regardless of their sides and answer as many questions as I can as it relates to a play, side, survivor poll...whatever it may be.  And the kind of attitude you bring around here just dampens the mood.  Whatever you are going through, I hope that it gets worked out, and certainly let me know if you need anything my way. Even though it was absolutely hilarious, the Tout accusation was a little too much.

Best of luck everyone regardless of your sides, I will see you all next week.

And Logan,  and for anyone else mentioning the words "fade".  Tell me how you would be standing if you were fading me the last two NFL seasons.  I'd be interested to know what kind of financial shape you would be in.  Let me know when you have an answer, I'd be interested to hear.

    Take Care,

Fine, you seem to be an ok guy>>> Like I said I hate when people Post POY threads and just want attention... Especially when there are people on here tailing peoples every move ... The whole weather forecast and POY and other nonsense like not posting the play right away to me is someone just craving attention... Especially, like I said before, your first 5 plays ever posted here were POY... Now you want to tell me thats not an attention seeker???  regardless you haven't posted ONE legitimate argument for your play but I could wait!  Say its just a gut play, whatever the case may be, but you have said nothing... basically pointing out the best 3 defenses and comparing them to the Lions....

basically when I see a POY thread and over 11,000 views I EXPECT some type of reasoning or persuasive argument for such a claim...But maybe thats just me... I care about the integrity of this site cause I enjoy those who contribute.  BOL

The Packers may not have given up that many points but their defense is certainly not great.  Anyone thats been watching Packers or Vikings games can see that these defenses are average.  The Packers secondary has always been suspect and the Vikings keep trying to rush 4 and give QB's 5+ seconds to throw the ball.  I thought the primetime game between these two teams was pretty indicative of this as well.

Thanks, the Prime Time games were enjoyable to watch this weekend for pretty much the whole games, which was nice.  This Detroit game here is the one I will be heavily keeping an eye on this coming Sunday.  Even though it's not on the center stage (Sun. night-Mon night)  it will be center stage on my card, and on my television.  Not many of the other games are going to matter for once.

All the time in the world to respond to posters (in paragraph form I might add) but no time to write a paragraph on the actual game?

For those of you that were wondering earlier, this is my documented record on here as far as the NFL goes.  And yes, I do bet every single game on the card.  There were brief mentions earlier about fading my fades, that's fine, and I wish you the best of luck  As I have always said, go with your first instinct and never second guess yourself, and hopefully we are all winners in the end.

I guess we can consider this a preliminary write up for the unhappy camper that's decided to dampen the mood in here.
