He's pointing out that if he were in fact a tout, he would have his own site and charge a fee etc etc.  Since he does none of those things and only posts on Covers and asks nothing in return, it should be pretty clear he does this to benefit others and asks nothing in return.

Hence for folks to come on here and stir the pot with peripheral issues of timing of posts and such and accusations of being a tout are really disingenuous in the extreme.

I often times don't have time stay at the computer all day and would love to have all his picks up front.  He doesn't post that way and so I miss some of the plays.  In my wildest hallucination it has never occured to me to be critical of him for not accommodating my schedule or make ridiculous inquiries about the accuracy of his record.  I keep my own records and read his plays when I'm able.  He asks nothing of me in return therefore he owes me exactly nothing.  And at the end of the day, I'm the one who benefits.  Not I4U.

With the obvious caveat that should he ever find himself in McKinney, TX he will benefit from my hospitality to include some of the finest barbecue on the planet.
