    3) CARSON PALMER- DEFINTLEY HAS ALL THE TOOLS IT'S NOT HIS FAULT THE DEFENSE IS SO BAD......

    4) DREW BREES- I WISH THE CHARGERS HAD GIVEN HIM ANOTHER YEAR OR TWO BELIEVE THEY COULD HAVE GOTTEN THERE.....

    5) TOM BRADY- STARTED NOT TO EVEN PUT HIM IN THE TOP 5 BECAUSE NOT SURE HE HAS REALLY EVER WON ANYTHING LEGIT WE WILL NEVER KNOW.......

I laughed out loud for like 15 seconds when i read that... too funny!

    My top 5...

    Peyton Manning - perfectionist

Brady - I think hes better than Manning after watching him last season, but I agree that we'll never know how much he knew about what plays the defense was going to run. No doubt hes good but knowing how defenses will react and where blitzes are coming from would be such a huge advantage.

McNabb - when healthy, he is a clear #3, hes been hurt the past 2, he also has nobody for WRs and can still get it done.

Rothelisberger - Really bounced back after that horrible season off the bike injury. But one good season doesnt put him above McNabb.

Drew Brees - Last season he really fell off but he will bounce back I think. There isnt anyone else really much better than him to list anyway.

This is gonna be top 5 after this season

    Peyton Manning
    David Garrard
Tom brady(yea I can throw with that line, how the superbowl go tommy?)
    Philip Rivers
    Jay Cutler

You sick bastards putting Eli in your top 5 should seriously be shot..... Although I give him props on the great drive, he still needed a miracle catch though from a 5th stringer

I can't believe people are actually putting Cutler on a list, and Top 5 to boot.

List of top QB's in each division:

NFC North:  Jon Kitna (not a hometown pick, just shows you how pathetic this division is at QB).

    NFC West:   Matt Hasselback

    NFC South:   Drew Brees

    NFC East:    Donovan McNabb

    AFC North:  Carson Palmer

    AFC South:   Peyton Manning

    AFC East:   Tom Brady

    AFC West:   Phillip Rivers

You tards are really discrediting Brady because you think the Pats cheated on every single freakin game?  Get a life people.  It was one game, against the Jets, in Week 1.  If you saw the video, you know that it was nothing.  Move on.

You tards are really discrediting Brady because you think the Pats cheated on every single freakin game?  Get a life people.  It was one game, against the Jets, in Week 1.  If you saw the video, you know that it was nothing.  Move on.

Coming from a tard that puts Brady ahead of peyton.... now thats just hilarious. Not even close really. Go back to your hole homer...

Also big ben does not belong in the top 5 right now so not sure why so many of you "tards" are putting him up there... but thats the public for ya

And some of you have Garrard in your top 5 ??

I have loved this kid for a while... even before he got the start, and knew the jags would perform much better with him at QB, but lets get real here.... He is not even close to a top 5 QB right now... and probably never will be. The guys a hybrid... a damn good one at that, but doesn't have half the accuracy as many QBs out there.. GET REAL...

I will brush that one off as you guys trying to make a "sharp" pick...

    Try again

Doesnt have the accuracy? What the hell were you watching last year?

David Garrard had toughest situation in NFL last year with pressure and he delivered and delivered well. His accuracy was ridiculous towards the end of the season, as in ridiculously good,  plus add the fact that he can run better than any of these QB's on the list.

Dude, the Pats been cheating for like 5 years. And if the videos were nothing, then why did they do it. And why did Ted Johnson come out and say that at half time he would get a sheet of paper with all the other teams offensive audibles?

When you say best , what do you mean? Do you want to take him to the combine and tear it up, or do you want him to win you 1 game. Is this the best ESPN style like who is the best big name?
If i was starting a team, and wanted continued success this would be my list

    1. Brady
    2. Peyton Menning (I think you need to have him on turf though, i couldn't see him doing half of what he does if he played in Chic,GB, Buff
    3. Palmer
    4. Vince Young (all he does is win. piss on his numbers. But would you rather win with shitty numbers, or lose with good ones?
    5. Pennington (I know my grandma has a stronger arm, but he's accurate as hell.)

Wait, Peyton is pretty good on grass.  He tore up Chicago a few years ago, IN CHICAGO.  What are you thinking 3-5?  Take jdeez's advice guy.

    be easy... are you serious?

    Pennington and Vince Young?

I know I asked you for your opinion but... c'mon dude.

Pennington has been nothing but a huge disappointment and Young... I dont really know what to say about this.

I'm glad you posted because I like hearing what other people have to say on the matter, but you really need to rethink your reasoning here.  Watch more football, look at some more stats, do whatever you have to do.  Then post on this thread in another year.
