Big Ben definitely number 3.  And after him, there is another HUGE drop.

I totally agree with the first part and that Big Ben is #3 but don't see it being a huge drop-off after him. At this point in their careers guys like Brees, Hasselbeck, Bulger, and McNabb are all about the same to me. If Bulger wasn't so injury prone I think he'd be clearly ahead of some of these guys. Palmer and Romo are younger so I'd like to see them strng together a couple succesful seasons, particularly Palmer. He needs to step up and carry his team.

Steel I got plenty of love for Big Ben.I just don't think he is a Top 5 QB.He is a good QB but not top 5. Romo isn't even in the top 10 and never will be.

Bulger is really a good QB.Its not his fault he has to get his head examined every dropback he takes. Give him the protection and not washed up WR's and he will make the pro bowl.Garrard may drop off this year but imo I think he will continue where he left off.IMO the Jags take the AFC south. Colts make playoffs as a wild card.I know alot will attack me for it but the Jags are young and hungry and have a defense with an adequate offense to make a serious run this year in the AFC.Just remember this post about the Jags. Hoping to get some good value on them early in the season.

This is all in good fun Nawlins... Thanks for the input

I respect your opinions, but I just dont agree.

I'm curious.  What do you think about the situation in Cleveland?  I think that Quinn is the better QB.  Call it a hunch, but I think he's got the stuff.  And being a Steeler fan I hope that Anderson does just enough to keep the job up there because I think Quinn could be something special.  And I hope they keep him on the bench.

Derek Anderson is about one bad game away from a massive blow-up.  I watched him here locally at Scappoose High School and saw even more of him at OSU.  Horrible decision-maker.  just wait.  Leopards cannot change their spots and the Browns will be really sorry they spent that money on him.

Like you said its all in fun.Just guys sitting around talking football.

Cleveland will be a good team this year. Can you remember the last time they had a QB competition. That brings out the best in players.I still think Anderson gets the start but he will be pressured all year to perform because he knows that if his performance is horrible they will yank his ass.Not this season but next will be the reign of Quinn.Gives him 2 seasons and another offseason to learn the pro game which will help him out alot.If I am correct I think Anderson is locked up in a contract for a few years which can be a great value for a trade in 2 seasons. I can name quite a few teams that would give alot for him right now.Teams always are looking for a solid QB and some teams need one.

Any list with Bulger in their top 5 should be tossed out. He's mediocre. This is coming from a lifelong Rams fan. I could name 10 guys I'd rather have:

    Brady
    Palmer
    Big Ben
    PManning
    Garrard
    Cutler
    Rivers
    Romo
    Eli
    McNabb
    Brees
    Hasselbeck

I pray someone takes him off our hands. That would be a miracle.

I dont care about one decent playoff run, look at his season and career numbers. The kid isnt a top 20 QB.

Bulger, Hasselbeck, Cutler, Ben, Brees, Palmer, Romo are all questionable.
The kid won something that alot of great QB'S never have at a young age...give him some props ! The best is coming for Eli Manning !

Eli Manning was underrated for most of last year when a lot of fans were saying he was only the top pick because of his last name and that he'll never be a good QB etc, but now that he won the Super Bowl he enters the year as possibly the most overrated QB in the league, at least in my opinion. I was always a fan of this guy when people hated on him, and I still think he's a really good guy, but he still has yet to prove he is a top QB in the league. Give me Jay Cutler over him any day.

Cutler will end the year as the third best QB after the two obvious ones.

Jay Cutler is really Bad..... I doubt he ever sniffs the Top 10

The NFC North definately has the best qb talent in the league:
    Tavarus Jackson
    Kyle Orton
    Rex Grossman
    Jon Kitna

No wonder Favre retired he didn't want to be ranked the 5th best qb in the conference.
