Nice run Mr. LA, I wish you continued success  could you please update your current record for us loyal followers.  I mean this with all sincerity as it helps to know when someone is on a heater around here and the total YTD record helps put the hot AND cold streaks into perspective.

Well the only other thing I've done of late is CFB, which I will keep separate in the CFB thread (I do really like Buffalo to smoke again tonight).  There I am 2-3 ATS with a couple tough beats.  I guess the tough beats has become my middle name.  So 13-2-1 ATS in NFL and soccer, with France pending for today.

 i personally think they win by 2+ but some of that will depend on their lineup.  but, as stated, they have too much quality on their side for Sweden, who is decent, don't get me wrong, but I don't think going to come out of Paris with a result if not purely based on the fact France were shocked at home by Finland last week and will be on guard to not make the same mistake.

but....it is a round ball and it does have to hit the back of the net so I guess anything is possible.

O ok thought that was just the last 2 weeks or so...you were like 15 games above .500 back at the end of October with like 45 wins or something I thought? This just the November record then?

 yes that was NBA, no NFL at that point.  and there were a couple MLS soccer games from that tournament.  but i'm going to keep things separate so that anyone who WANTS to tail, can, depending on the sport.

also adding, if anyone cares, that Kylian Mbappe, perhaps the best forward in the world, IS back healthy and staring for France tonight.  along with the best French attacking lineup.  moreover, the Swedish coach is NOT on the sidelines today due to Covid (I guess Sweden didn't achieve the herd immunity they thought they would after all).

yep...1-1.  fast answer back by France.  and Mbappe not even on field so he will emerge as a sub in second half, as will Coman who has been on fire.  I'm not going to double down but I would be keen on taking the French in the second half as well.  Just know nothing is certain in any sport when you wager.

if this wins, and if anyone is interested, taking the OVER 2.5 goals in Bolivia/Paraguay.  should be a blowout and 3 goals is super attainable.  but I will make it an official play if/when France cashes.  can feel a great day already brewing and a CFB play tonight i really like...

I've never in all my years seen the goalie go up for a free kick then a counter attack happen so quickly that the team going the opposite way has a total open goal.  Not to mention it's the LAST kick in the game and has France cover the -1 goal line which I'm sure many of you played.  As I did as well.  But, with that said....

I'm a first time poster on Covers.  I started making sports bets a few months ago - and have lost much more than I've won....whether MLB, NBA or NFL.  I can afford some losses but it still sucks to lose.

To: LAGameofInches:  YES, you are very helpful...both with your NFL and soccer bets (which I will tail as I don't follow much soccer).  Thank you for your informative and helpful posts...as well as for your humility.  Good luck to you and don't worry, I won't blame you for losses that result from tailing your picks!

thanks for that...and I am just trying to help people as well as myself.  sharing in the wealth has always been something I've enjoyed doing.  it's just hard to circulate all these picks with so many forums littered with everyone who claims to be an expert or handicapper so I'll keep trying to do my best so you don't lose many more plays ;)
