The NFL has a problem with both line judges always agreeing on the spot. In actuality, one of the judges should not be able to see the ball, and is making his best guess, and there should often be more conferring. This whole thing of just keeping the clock going and not discussing the spot is great midfield, but on the goal line needs to be addressed.
