What about Lebron not being clutch?

I don't like Lebron, but no need to be blind about how amazing he is at basketball.  

So, Kobe is clutch, but every article you read and every statistic backs up Lebron is better in the clutch.  

Well, considering he had 7 points in the last 58 seconds, I don't think that's 1 shot.

He has been very clutch in playoffs as well. Took over plenty of times.

Why am I not surprised to see you in this thread. Just give credit where credit is due. Kobe has missed a good number of game-winning shots himself; that doesn't make him any less clutch than he is. The fact that LeBron made another one, and has the better statistics in crunch time goes to prove that he is clutch. People just have a hard time letting go of what happened years ago. 

Thank you for whipping that out. People, sports fans in particular, dwell on the failures of players that threaten the status of their idols, and the case made about LeBron is no different. 

Sadly, people's standard for clutch constitutes shots that are taken on the very last second when in reality clutch should just mean a situation that is crucial where a person or team's back is against the wall.
