Absolutely love in game Over / Under especially on the pitch 
. A jump from -192 to -120 in three minutes of in game action is worth the play if you considered it to begin with. I hope the books never clean this up as about 70% of my soccer plays come in game with the odds always moving. You nailed it, though. A scoreless 3 minutes can make a huge difference in the odds if you're watching the line. When it comes down to it, it's about percentages and I don't claim to know how Vegas operates but if the odds on a line I like drop, I will reconsider every time.
Good observation. I've been keeping an eye on in game bets where odds could get better for about 2-3 months and have now waited it out. Patience is a virtue.
It's one of the steps I'm taking to make myself a more disciplined player.
