do this math though real quick for me.
let's say a decent 45,000 sq. ft building in Livonia sells for $1,000,000...well keep it conservative. 6% of that million dollars is my commision if i grab both sides of the deal. Thats 60 large one deal. Economy might be bad, but it's getting better....theres plenty of deals out there, so don't tell me I have no business.
