I read somewhere than 88% of the time a 3 pt dog will win outright.  I think if you work the math, the results for playing the points or ML works out to be same in the long run.

I don't get it.  Who's gonna shave the points?  Why would Lebron, Kobe or KD who make 9 digits shave points just to make a quick $10k here or there and risk $100,000,000+?????
