They are minus 1
 
It is not a play becuase Denver has TOO MUCH public support. If a favorite has less than 55% I lay off if the dog is the play and play it if the fav is the play. The ONLY time I take a favorite is when they are not supported more than 55%

I know my gambling IQ is rather low but there seems to be something missing from this instructional. Any help that anyone can offer would be greatly appreciate it.

I am especially confused about "If the actual line is -10 then take the Bulls..." How do you jump from a calculated line of -4 to an actual line -10 and feel confident that a team you projected to win by 5 will now win by 11 and that's the play to go with?
