thanks aancheta... i don't know if i will bet on Dallas... i have a full unit riding on them to win the series, and should probably just ride out this game... if Dallas wins tonight the series is 100% over, and i win my series bet... but i am so sure they will win easily tonight it is still tempting...

ice - funny thing is I got a unit riding on the spurs to take the series / the first game dallas had about 25 more free throw attempts then spurs which made up a HUGE difference in the outcome IMO - but dallas is just too good @ home - i did take mavs for 1.5 U - the upset is in Orlando today again IMO

yea Mavs were crap... hopefully they don't turn out to be the same ol' Mavs, but i'm pretty sure they will get a split in SA and turn the series back around... that 37% shooting performance won't happen again...
still, if they could have gone up 2-0 this series would be over in short order... they blew a big opportunity last night...

i'm counting the Mavs as a very unfortunate loss... could have won any of the 3 games they lose in this series, if not for some terrible shooting by Terry and Nowitzki...
hopefully they pull it out for you, and at least make it exciting for me... if the Thunder can pull out a win tomorrow night i'm winning money on that series...

And I agree, we wont be able to call them world champions
for long, I don't see them repeating - its very hard to repeat
for any sport but especially the NBA.
For me, the most interesting thing is lebron's elbow.

i hedged out of both of my series bets on the Mavs and Thunder... Thunder was a good investment, Mavs was a bad one, so it evened out with the fact that the Celtics won...
if the Lakers win tomorrow night, i will have exactly broken even on my series bets... which isn't good, but considering i lost 2 out of 3, and especially since i lost on the Mavs laying chalk, i am happy to end up even...
meanwhile i am up 3 or 4 units on my other plays, so i'm content with the first round showing... for me, the NBA playoffs get easier to read as they get deeper in, so i'm usually happy to just not lose my ass in the first round...
