Denver play good recently. They beat decent Eastern teams like Pacers and Hornets and also the best team in the league Warriors. During their home streak they fall to solid teams like Heat and Grizzlies with really close losses. It seems this team finally found a way to be competitive. I don’t like what I saw in last Pistons game against Pels. They play really soft in defense and I think the fast pace tempo killing this team at road so far in the season. With proof I will show you what I found as a trend. This season Pistons are 5-11 SU at road when they made 85 or more FGA. When they made less than that number they are 4-2 SU. It seems this tempo works only at home. SVG need to find a way to slow down the tempo a little bit and improve the defense cause Pistons clearly find hard time to shootout their opponents at road. Also I like the fact that the Nuggets are at home for 7^th consecutive time.  Teams in that situation play well. Since 1995 teams that play 7^th straight game at home are  62-40 SU. If their next game (8^th in a row)  is also at home (like Nuggets) the results are amazing: 19-7 SU and 17-9 ATS.  It seems to be at home for a long time (8 consecutive games) have good impact for the teams and that’s why I’m taking:

Loss on Cavs -6.5

Blazers TT over 56 1st half Atl threw a net over Blazers 3pt production and limited it to 29%, I think LA who tend to give up a ton of points 1h on b2b recently (63, 57,58,60,60) won't be able to defend as well as Atl did and Blazers should feel some offensive freedom. Big contingent of Lakers and Kobe fans here in Portland and being his last game here should help the pace to begin.
