game 1 : rose fg 10-23

d.rose as good as he is never shoots 50% in just about any game = bad efficiency

lebron averaged 50% from the field not like rose who averaged 44% on the year

A career 45% - 48% is pretty solid for a pure point guard. Not sure what you are thinking here. Just for shits, I'm compared him to the best player of all time, MJ, who shot a career 49%. Chew on that.

Easy layups? D Rose's speed is what makes his layups look that way. And contorting your body in every direction to make "highlight" shots are not considered easy. Keep in mind that this is only his third year. And if you're so into stats, then why not talk about ppg? How about having the best record? I usually don't respond to posts, but things like this irritate the hell out of me. You must be the only one to think D Rose is overrated.

d rose is a beast i hear browndog though i think labron deserves it more. dont get me wrong rose can score wut eva tha situation is but labron can to. in this one tha stats do matter there both all round great players nd all but labron takes it i mean check it look at wut hes doing he aint scoring 30+ in play offs cuz he has other ppl helpin him out. rose is good but ova rated stats dont lie. im a boston fan i aint sayin labron cuz thats my team.dont be dissin ova this its like when ppl were arguing bout koby vs labron ull get know where, i bet no one changes there opionion even if they look at stats, comments. kinda funny reading through it all though browndog ur getting ripped apart by ppl

i agree browndog

i had rose on my basketball fantasy and he shot horribly, some bail out calls to get free throws, so his fg should be lower. the media and everyone make him out to be the messiah of the bulls (jordan is god), not taking away anything athletically he is amazing.

this is a tough arguement though you got the media, ex-players, and fans behind him. So cant beat em join em. with that said

Is he the best shooting p.g. in the n.b.a., NO! but he is the best! The great ones will always have haters like you! He deserves the mvp!somebody said Lebron! ha, ha! Lebron might be the best in the leauge.Lebron has someone on his team that is arguably as good as him. There is no one on the Bulls team that is even close to Rose's level. When i watch him play its like he is too fast and smart for his own team. I was gonna say way more heart than his teamates, but i take that back. I could name at least three of his teamates that has as much heart. Like i said though, its like i feel he is on another level than his team. Some of you guys really dont know basketball!

D Rose accounted for 33% of the teams points (points + assists) thru the reg season which is #1 in the league... Rose is also the only player ranked in top 10 in ppg & apg... Not to mention how many games he won in crunchtime on the season practically by himself, While we all know queen james is NOT clutch!!!

Overrated? De Rose is a freak, we should have to pay to watch him on television. Quick as Iverson but much taller, athletic as Jordan with those ridicuolous dunks, quiet killler instinct like Bryant and not afraid to take tre after tre because he will hit and then it will open lanes for quick dunks and kick outs. Being from Chicago you should know how humble Rose is going to Memphis being the 2nd or third choice on the court because he was a freshman knowing damn well he was better than the other starters. Drafted to the Bulls, stays quiet first two years not to step on toes and finally emerges as a leader after continually being called to do so. He is so humble but so gifted it's unreal. Just some a friendly fan and yes D Rose is my favorite player a lot because of his humulity. GL.

pushed in 3 straight games by the pacers is pathetic the worst playoff team well below 500
