Bos-GS Going 7 Games here--NBA is "Entertainment"

17 days to play 7 NBA games-June 2-19 -that's a long time.....Game #7 would be on a Sunday night-June 19th with no other Games going on.  Come on now, tell me that's not happening. Great for the NBA-ESPN, Somehow predictable strange things happen when a lot of $$$ part of the equation....  Legally.....It's "Entertainment" of course.

I'm playing  each game as if it's going 7 games...Game # 5 and Game #6 team will not be eliminated.   I have this order  Bos-GS-Bos_GS-GS-Bos Bos, 2-0 first 2 games. (I did hedge a little on GS odds after game#1) That's my story.   GL

I've got a guarantee. If it doesn't go 7, you won't come back here and say you were wrong.

 I'm looking at the schedule ....Will recent history prevail? couple Friday nights ago  Game #6 Mia at Bos...of course Mia won...so  a Game 7 was on prime time Sun night--(with no other games going on). I've called plenty of bad plays in the past, lick my wounds and have been back...I'm betting "no apologies" on this one..LOL...GL

Well according to the odds, there is a better chance GS wins in 7 than 6 but Boston has better odds to win in 6 than 7... ALl i know is most people have GS winning in 6... DK has that at +500... That seems too good to be true

Here we go with another bullshxt conspiracy theory that the NBA wants it to go seven games because there so much money involved.

What a crock of shxt.  In the last 16 seasons, only 3 finals went the full seven games - 2010 LAL over BOS, 2013 MIA over SA, 2016 CLV over GS.

This year's series may well go seven games, but that would be a sign of two evenly-matched teams, not nefarious crooks at work serving an unethical NBA.

Follow the money. Those are the only three seasons the NBA neededit to go 7.

Please explain why the NBA league and owners would not have derived a financial benefit by having more games in those 13 other seasons.

One BIG  key difference from the past,  now betting has become legal in most States.  ESPN on Father's day, Final NBA Championship Game or Re-runs of Stock car racing...wonder what it will it be?  ............and for the Nay sayers...then "Fade" ...ha ha Good Luck ...go with what you think.  I think it's going 7, that's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Two solid reasons the teams are roughly even, so it may go seven:

Sagarin's power ratings make BOS just 1.04 points better than GS.  Massey makes BOS just 2.15 points better.

Doug Kezirian of Daily Wager mentioned that GS was the smallest finals favorite since 1998!

Kezirian is not high on GS, though he backed them out of “principal” last game. The question is not if it goes 7, but how? Does GS steal one now, or drop games 3 and 4 (which are only two days apart) but win game 5 and steal game 6 like Miami did, as the Celtics get tight in a close out game? 

Not many finals go 7 games… it’s like less than 1/10 I think

Game #5 I ALMOST overthought this one.--- thought GS wins but Celts cover...I almost switched plays but I had GS early at -3.5 --that was the next play in the sequence...
