Ah Gridironguy that is one of the better comments I've seen in some time as it applies to 'homers' and in particular Mavsfan in this case. Mavsfan I certainly wish you the bol with your plays tonight but in reality, even if you knew the Heat were going to lead at the half and win the game, would you wager on them or would you simply play Dallas and lose your coin? That's what I truly find hilarious about some of you 'homers' as I like to call you. In fact you remind me a lot of burley over in the hockey forum, doesn't wager with his brain but rather his heart when it comes to Vancouver. I guess the only difference is his team, the Canuckleheads, are a guaranteed L-O-C-K win win the Stanley Cup whereas your Mavericks will most likely be wearing the bridesmaid dress when it's all over. Anyway as I said, bol with your two picks tonight.

If you find yourself going into someone's thread on a gambling site to do nothing but knock them, you have gone wrong somewhere and should look very hard at getting a life.

I agree with Mavsfan if you are knocking someone on there thread it's usually because you want them to share your misery and experience at losing. Gambling is a gentlemen's game as is life play it accordingly..

If the Mavs were completely healthy this would be an entirely different series but that fact that Haywood and Butler are out two of there best defenders and there playing against the Heat who are probably the healthiest they been all year it's going to be tough I'm actually surprised the public still pounding Dal this one looks fishy so I basically went against the concensus pick here. It depends on your perspective I guess I've been wrong before and I've been right only time will tell who slow dances with lady luck tonight...

No doubt having Butler would've been great but what can you do? They got this far without him so we'll see if they've got enough to get it done.

I like that Barea prop.. Reminds me of Lakers run without Bynum and Ariza several years back they made it to the dance and then simply were outmanned if healty who knows. I'm actually deep down inside pulling for the Mavs just hard to bet against the Heat especially with public pounding injured Dallas team. I think Dallas could win and not cover could be a 2 point game easily come down to free throws.

You know the funny thing is it's all him. It's not the defense. He's getting open looks, he's easily driving to the rim, he's just not finishing. It's a crapshoot when you take a prop on a guy like him. But that said, he's got 4 points and 2 assists which puts him halfway to the prop OVER for me.

Actually scratch that. He's got 3 assists which puts him at 7 pts + assists

4-1 with two pushes! Will happily take it! Great game and Wade may be the best player on the floor, but the Mavs are the best TEAM on the floor. Best of 3. Dallas won on Miami's home court and Miami won on Dallas's home court. Should be a fun couple of games!
