It's funny, i made it based on Quantrill pitching for the Rangers. He averages about 4.1 innings per start and the Texas bullpen since July 1 has an ERA of almost 7. Not apples to apples but the TB pitching staff is 3.65 since July 1 and only bad stretch was out of the break when they lost 4 in a row to the RSox. I actually have TB -1 at -126 and -2 @ +154.
