Two of the worst pitching staffs in all of baseball, and that's all I need. Mediocre MLB bats, can still pound bad MLB pitching.
Cardinals/Pirates Over 7.5 +100
Yes, Skenes is going so this will be nerve racking, but we saw the Cards pen in all their glory last night. Stanek was terrible. Romero was bad. O'Brien should have lost the game if it wasn't for Church making a hell of a play to end the game. Who knows what Hunter Dobbins will be like, or how much he can even give you, so the pen will be relied upon again. Cards offense, which will likely be a skeleton line up, may only need 1 or 2 for this number to get home. Wind will be blowing straight out in the double digits too.
Mets/Nationals Over 7.5 -120
Mikolas is pitching, and the Nationals are playing. Pretty much all I need to know to take an over at that number.
