Losing the Reds/Astros under yesterday was criminal. 5-0 heading into the 9th and the Stros get 5 more.
Houston Astros +136
The Reds bats don't scare anyone right now, and the Astros pitching staff is throwing the best they have in Arrighetti. Burns is great, but the Stros bats are the difference maker for me at this price. The Reds are in shambles.
Rockies/Phillies Over 8.5 -105
I have no faith in Nola despite his last start. And Freeland isn't very good either. Start time may be pushed back a bit due to rain, but the starters won't be afffected by it. I know Philly isn't hitting lefties right now, but I think they can get to Freeland.
Yankees/Brewers Under 7.5 -115
Copy and paste yesterdays thoughts, just change the names of the pitchers. Yesterdays game doesn't even get close to going over if not for Frieds walks in the 3rd. I think we get something similar today. Schlittler has been unreal, and Harrison has been quietly, very very good.
St. Louis Cardinals +122
If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Cards remain hot, and its been the pitching doing the heavy lifting. Padres have 1 run in 18 innings so far this series. Enough for me to take May and his experience in this ballpark vs these hitters.
Atlanta Braves +146
Snells first start of the season and they are that big of favs??? No thanks. He may be great, but history says otherwise when he returns from IR stints.
