Hey GH, I made a profile just so i can thank you for everything you're doing and all of your help.  I make more  following your picks than i do teaching math at a university.

BALTIMORE -101 (1.5 UNITS) - Contreras is back too soon and Begerson looks to be the O's top hurler in the minors. Look for the Os to bounce back to life at home.
 
WASHINGTON +118 (1.25 UNITS) - Braves are banged up and McCann's vision problems are scary...hope he is ok.....Kawakami needs better command but is decent but Martis is very solid as he showed in the WBC. The Nats optione dout 25% of their team Sunday to the minors and I expect them to play with renewed energy.
 
FLORIDA -119 (1.25 UNITS) - Sucker side but Karstens doesn't win at home....also leaning towards the over. Maholm goes tomorrow so this is the Marlins easiest chance for a win this series.
 
TEXAS +202 (1.25 UNITS) - Texas is 14-3 L17 when total is 7-8.5. What does that mean? They do well against top flight pitchers. McCarthy has been solid in his first two and many Texas hitters have solid numbers against Doc. This price is ridiculous.
 
MINNESOTA +153 (1.25 UNITS) - Regression to the mean. Baker babied himself in his first start coming off injury and gave up 4 long balls that accounted for all runs. Expect a much better performance today as the number is super high because of the last results from both pitchers.


My girlfriend was looking over my shoulder while I was reading this today, and she asked, "Where are those discounted flights from?  $202 on a flight to Texas is a really good deal."  I didn't know what she was talking about at first, and then I realized she thought the prices on the games were prices on flights to those states.  I got a kick out of that.

this fund was created specifically on these baseball plays!
 
btw...he's 4!!!!!...I'll have this paid by the time he's 5.

You might want to check out current tuition rates....I've been looking into it recently and it's going to take a lot more wins for both of us. :)

AWESOME the way you broke your plays down for us today!

Everything you said made sense, except the part about Baker "babying" himself.

That's like saying that C. Wang has been babying himself, so we can excuse his ERA of 34.

Pro baseball pitchers, pro football players, pro football players: none of these guys "baby" themselves.

If they weren't ready to play, their team doctors never would have cleared them.

And speaking of "regression to the mean", you're long overdue for a 2-6 day.

So that's what I'm predicting for you today.

oh, one more thing...not sure if you play RL's or not, but I kinda like CLE today (RL +110). ML is up to -190 and with Sir Sidney pitching for KC and no pop in KC's lineup this looks like value to me. What do you think?

I was leaning towards KC.....so it's not for me.

UPDATED GAMEHUNTER NEWS

I sent a cease and desist request to the handicapper that was sending out my picks by email as his own. He was man enough to write back and acknowledge that it will cease immediately. I hope this puts an end to it.

Isnt there value in the overs in Texas game and Yankees game. Texas=great hitting/zero bullpen
Yankees stadium=sandbox (As quoted from several players with balls flying out all over the place)
