Tigers are in a tailspin.  They only have Skubal and rookie Montero 6.18 as starters.  I don't think anyone should consider the Tigers as long as Greene is out.

 You make excellent points much obliged.  I'm really going on the 3rd game in 4 series whereby I'm looking to bet on the loser of the 1st 2 games combined with a fade of Lorenzen.  But certainly the eye test favors royals in every other way.  

I sometimes like start my threads with anyone got a read, even though I know what I’m going to bet. Sometimes, the interactions I get leads me to change my mind.

I do like to fade pitchers after they get traded like that. But the Tigers have failed me when I apply many of my classic angles. There is some movement going on, Tigers are even money at my book now. That can only be people fading Lorenzen as Detroit hasn't shown much lately.

There's some ceremony in Detroit maybe that will help the tigers... wishful thinking.   

Also another ceremony in Cleveland,  they'll retire CC Sabbathia number

Maybe those trades did cause a little negative mojo.  They will get over it, just not today.  I hope.  More important the best hitter on a shitty hitting team is still out.

I wouldn't be shocked if KC wins 5 -2. That said I am hoping for the over and that does continue to disappoint.

Royals for me, but going small.

It was the Jim Leyland number retirement ceremony.   He became the detroit manager in 2006 team and took them to the world series, which they were heavy favorites but imploded to st Louis.  Dwtroit was only 3 years removed from being one of the worst teams in history 43-119.  

So maybe there's hope for white Sox if they bring in Aj pierzynski to clean up this dumpster fire 

Detroit manager Aj Hinch already making strategic moves switching the left and right fielders in the 2nd inning.  That's usually a good indicator that team is serious about winning the game

So tiger shut down mvp Bobby Witt and they still losing by 2 points??  Come on 

I just don’t want to see McArthur in the 9th. He will find a way to send this into extra innings 

If Detroit ties it in the 9th, Witt will drive in the winning run in the 10th 

OVER!  Better to be lucky than good!
