why is congress allowed to use the term "lynching" while golf channel people get suspended.

i think mac said he had a conversation with clemens re: steriods/hgh at a bbq hosted by jose at his house.  clemens said he was golfing that day and apparently the broadcast crew spoke of that during the telecast the next day. in addition, canseco said he was dissapointed that clemens did not attend.
