Perhaps I am getting senile, but there is no way I can understand bettors liking the Brewers here, unless they love flaunting probability. The Brewers hold NO edges in this matchup, NONE. If the same stats and projections belonged to the Yankees or Dodgers they would be -200 or more easily. Ride the momentum.

I should have stuck with F5 strategy yesterday and landed another winner with the Braves. I am going to focus on that unless there is an overwhelming reason to go FG. Pardon my blunders. The Lord desires mercy, not sacrifice.

Advice to the younger men among us that just occurred to me an hour or so ago. Do NOT marry a girl with no brothers and a skinny dad. Her mother did not teach her how to cook for boys and men.

I do not like what I've seen from Eduardo Rodriguez lately. He's guiding the ball into the strike zone, or at least trying to.

His first 3 starts compared to his last 3 are night n day.

Lastly, tell me why we shouldn't back Gavin Williams? The only thing telling me not to is my stupid gut...

Of course everything was wrong for Jegs pathetic Giants, so they won. In the same thread YOU accused MLB of being weird, so why are you surprised? As for our trip to Hawaii that was not to celebrate Cinco de Mayo, but to check bd_c into rehab the day after. WE couldn't even get a Marguerita, there was a severe shortage of tequila by the time we got there. AH, the memories!

Your gut may be wiser than your brain. Kolek is high potential, joining his team on a streak, and the Guardians are weak versus right-handed pitching. Nice stats, but their run production vs righty stinks. 11-15 vs righty should give you a clue. I don't like the game myself, but gun-to-my-head I would back Kolek. FFT.

Brewers - Cardinals postponed

 F5 – Royals +108– Williams/Kolek PAYOR.

I gave sac such an opinion on this game I sold myself on it. Williams is tough competition, so the Guardians are favored on the road, but Kolek is a high quality prospect and he has a hot team behind him. The Guardians weakness here (11-15 vs righty) is compounded by the fact their run production vs righty is pathetic. Getting a home dog without playing the -.05 run line is a nice touch. I'll roll with the kid and a team trying to get him off to a good start, as well as continue their own streak.

Kolek is a Pollock name.

We're taking over pitching in the MLB

JK       I was with you on the Cleve. pick undermysac.  They just took the lead, but last night they were my favorite play.  we shall see.  

Oh geeze Ohtani just gave up a weak swing late pop up hr to Shewmake in that bandbox,, yuck.

 No backdoorcover on his Day then, second year after Covid I was playing a bunch of NBA and we ran across a few threads but it has been awhile. Lets hope he is still drinking tequila in Hawaii.
