Both pitchers with strong outings their last game. Pfaadt gave up 2 to the Cards; Chandler shut out the Yanks through 6.
Both teams are in the playoff hunt.
The glaring stat discrepancy:
Bucs no. 2 vs. RHP at .264 BA/.779 OPS
Snakes no. 30 vs. RHP at .230BA/.679 OPS
Bucs OPS is almost 100 points higher, yet neither the spot nor the action reflects it. Seems odd.
Anybody with an opinion on this?
