Everyone got coronavirus and checked into a hospital, but they mailed in their ballots for Trump first.

I am so bored I actually went to Costco today to fill up my tank, just for something to do. IRONically I got premium at $2.10 a gallon, lowest price I have paid in years. Now, if I just had somewhere to go.

Yep, that's you, tooting your own horn. There are NO reasonable excuses for missing a month posting when you don't have anything to do anyway. Being off work until September must seem like early retirement, huh? That much closer anyway. As for sac, I think he is on some kind of vacation the rest of us can only dream about. It seems to be at least a fully paid sabbatical. If what he says and does is true he has plenty of time for fishing, gambling, watching the NFL draft and posting but is still drawing a full paycheck, PLUS commission since Crappyville is drinking itself into oblivion. Scooterville is merely content with current circumstances and beer/liquor sales are not up over 40%, making the good folks right about the national median. All the mini breweries have dropped their efforts at new products and focused on developing new strains of coronavirus. They figure that increases sales far more than new product development, especially with Washington D.C. passing out free money to keep everyone at home guzzling beer.

    Now, that is a goodpost

How can anyone respond to post #622 and on? I'm speechless. I sense jealousy.

    att_please

The Bears left talent on the table when picking that TE from Notre Dame at 43. Once again they filled a need instead of taking the best available player. Good teams stack talent, bad teams plug talent.

At 50 they took a CB from Utah. The Pac-12 is soft. Playing all those west coast Calfruity/Scooterville feeble and anemic will not prepare him for the powerful nfc north.

The Cowboys at 51 say, wow thanks for leaving Trevon Diggs on the board. Roll Tide.

The only good thing is that the Packers drafted worse thus far.

Since you seem to like the "best athlete available" theory sac, here is some more more trivia for you Did you know that once upon a time the Chiefs used a late pick. like 15 or 16, after the talent is gone anyway, to draft Bruce Jenner? No sh/t. That sent GM's scrambling to figure out why. Who did he play for? What position did he play? Well, it was all a massive hoax by John Schuerholz that he explained later. He said, "I got sick and tired of people saying 'draft the best athlete available' so I did." Jenner had won the Olympic Decathlon the prior year. Then all the GM"s laughed at themselves for thinking Schuerholz had pulled a coup. True story.

Hey JEG, I got a great idea for enforcing social distancing in Califruity. Open the beaches because of the heat wave BUT: families with air conditioning and/or a pool will be fined $1,000 per member for using the beaches. Since the truly poor cannot afford to go the beach that should keep them nearly empty anyway. We all know how despicable those SoCal folks are, and they just want to spoil themselves with a day at he breach, so let's whack 'em.

Key THE MAN WAS ON OUR CEREAL,I STILL REMEMBER THE ONE HOLDING THE SPEAR,NFL HAD WHAT 22 ROUNDS THEN SO AT 15 HE WAS THE BEST AVAILABLE,REMEMBER WHEN THEY WERE DRAFTING TRACK STARTS TRYING TO SEE IF THEY COULD CATCH A FOOTBALL,THINK ONLY ONE MADE IT.

SAC THE CORNER AT 50 FROM UTAH IS MAYBE WITH VIRUS BEARS HAVE FORGOTTEN HOW BAD PAC.12 WAS MAYBE,43 IS REALLY EARLY FOR A TE BUT HE COULD BE BIG,IF HE HAS SOME SPEED AND AT THAT POINT THEY SHOULD ALL STILL BE BIG AND QUICK,BUT IT SEEMS EARLY FOR A TE THAT WAS NOT IN THE RUNNING FOR HEISMAN,IRIONically I do not know one player the 49ers drafted.I watch a bit but after seeing 5 SEC guys in a row it got boring.

sac you never said, any draft bets, lol.AT LEAST YOU CAN SEE WHO HAS THE BETTER LIFETIME #S IN NFL,YOUR CB OR DALLAS PICKED AT 51,DIGGS,BASED ON THE TEAMS BOTH PLAYED FOR I DO FIND IT STRANGE TO TAKE A CB FROM UTAH OVER ESPN ALABAMA TEAM,BE INTERESTING.MUST BE SOMETHING BEARS LIKED OVERALL AS THEY WENT ONE AFTER THE OTHER.THE TE LOOKS GOOD BUT THERE WERE QUITE A FEW TEs taken in first couple rounds IRONIcally.

Key had to think about your opening remarks, other than surgeries which in the 40 years+ have worked here this is the first time I been off over 2 weeks without being drugged out on pain pills, but I had like this 2-3 year plan on working my way out the door,my last Daughter in School Graduated in Dec.as you know and her being in a 5 year major was an extra year I did not plan on but that how things work,we plan and God decides.

So now if this is a 4 month ordeal or 5 I will be able to work on my plans still as for 6 months my take home is real close to same as working and if they open up this year and things get back to normal the big problem is going to be going back to work so I need to stay active and in shape so it will not be that hard to get back in working shape, when I was 60 I had neck surgery that took me 9 months to get back to work full time so I know how to do it.

But if this is a year ordeal then I will just have to see what is going to happen then.

JEG, the track star you can't remember was Bob Hayes, fastest man in the world at that time (100 yard dash) and he did turn out to be quite a star at wide receiver for the Cowboys, but drafting Jenner was definitely a joke. However many rounds there were Scuerholz did it near the very bottom. He was not a track star they were taking a flyer on, it was a joke all the way, nothing more. Never signed, never came to camp.

IRONically I can still remember Hayes going out for a pass. Just run full speed. no moves, no deception, just run; noone can keep up with you anyway! Just a matter of the qb laying it out accurately.

    an_cheers

Hey, you guys want the next winners in the Dream Bracket fiasco? Yankees, Red Sox, Reds, Dodgers. This little game is just another "tell the larger markets what they want to hear" except for the Reds, who are something of a fan favorite Cinderella. They can sacrifice the larger St. Louis market for a national Cinderella. Gotta have at least one or the fans will get suspicious (which they should). Continuing the theme, Yankees over Red Sox and Dodgers over Reds (bye-bye Cinderella). Then the market gets what it wants anyway, Yankees over Dodgers. Nothing like playing to the audience.

The Red Sox chances ended with Chris Sale's elbow and dumping Mookie. Who cares about their pos manager.

Maybe I shouldn't say anything this early sac but I have them fighting the BJ's for third place, NYY, TBR 1 & 2 and the Rays are a real threat.

Two professional sports teams in Tampa Bay have a legitimate shot at coming up big, the Rays and Buccaneers.

The Rays stadium is on the wrong side of town unfortunately, and in the less popular sport to the average fan.

But that has nothing to do with how it plays out, just interesting. Hopefully we get enough baseball in this year! We all have cabin fever right now

KEY the part of Calif.that lines up with Scotterville is just another Zombieland in the making,

yep Hayes is the Cowboy that could run track and catch, you are all knowing for sure,The Genius that ran the 49ers thru F=3 SB wins tried to do the track star guy,but was never able to teach them the art of Catching.

You seem to have forgotten the Giants are 100-1 this year, thought we had cleared that up,Hunter Pense thing after all,I mean when that is your only move whole off season the Giants must know something nobody else did.
