WILDCARD PLAYOFFS

Starter for Baahstin, Payton Tolle in game 1.

Since the ASB, BoSox have won 9 of his 11 starts....including all 5 on the road.

And he's backed up by a bullpen that has been excellent this year especially the past 3 weeks tuning up for the playoffs!

Meanwhile, game 1 starter for YANKEES is Cam Schlittler.

Since the ASB,  NYY have LOST  6 of his 13 starts

And he's backed up by a bullpen that has been downright awful the last 3 weeks ranking among the bottom 5 in MLB!

Further, Schlittler is on a 9 consecutive game streak w/o tossing a bad outing......yet.

That streak is actually BAD news.  Streaks DO NOT last. 

The other time this year he was on an extended streak w/o tossing a bad outing was 8 consecutive from April 17 - May 26....It then ended AT HOME vs the mediocre bats of Cleveland, with a 9 - 4 LOSS...

...and slugger Aaron Judge is *OUT* for the Wildcards.
