THere is a reason JONES is -240 or so and he has won 1 fight in the UFC--

I would not be surprised if JONES could take VERA, grab him by the Ass and Spank his ass, that is how much of a mismatch this fight is---

I think to honestly make this fight fair they would have to say okay JOnes you can KICK and you cant GRAB VERA and he would stilll WIN--

Vera's wrestling is vastly underrated.  Did you even watch his fight against Randy?  A lot of people thought Vera should have won!  Anyway, I agree with most people here that Jones is a little too overvalued in this situation.  Let's face it, Matt Hammill is not a great striker.  Vera presents a much better skill set, and I will probably lay off this fight and enjoy it for what it is.

Vera should have gotten the decision against Randy IMO.  Randy is a great fighter and arguably the most intelligent fighter in MMA.  I do not know a lot about Jones but to go into the ring and beat Randy says enough to me that Vera is legit.

don't hype yourself up to much, i think it was pretty obvious what the outcome of this fight would be....enjoy the line u got on this fight, i dont think Bones will have a favorable line too many times for the next decade

I feel Jones is very good!!! he has not fought any of the top 8 or so in the 205 group, he did not get hurt in any way vs Vera so i would like to see theUFC give him a fight in about 2 months

Vera didn't get knocked the fuck out. He got hit with a VERY solid elbow and verbally submitted.

I think 95% of the people here were on Jones.

First off, calling a fight with a big fav is one thing (Which you did) Calling how the fight would end is another thing (Which you did not)
