Well today they like the Euro..lets see how long it lasts.

Man what a BS rally here to close the week...even if it drifts back toward 133...i was so looking forward to seeing a close on the weekly under 13270s but oh well...just gotta wait for the news on the weekend to see if they pile on the bull or get hit with the more shit...

Ive been on the wrong side of a few trades AGAIN this week but came out good..GBP wasnt great but ill take it,thats my fault for not adding when i was down 140 pips though and i wasnt feeling well so i slept through some trading time...CHF was good to me twice..

Now im stuck in EU/JPY i should add here just  got a sell signal on my MT4 but i have a feeling they gap  EU up maybe a better price to avg come Sunday and the pair just closed the 4hr above its 100MA...heres what my chart looks like.........Wall any thoughts???

Well they like it now, but I dont think it lasts..but I agree with you about the odds of them running it more, especially on sunday.

It will pay us at a point and I have no doubt, just when is the question.

I will add another if they run it to 127 and test that triple top.

Wall, good thing I scaled out half of my position last night. I got stopped out sometime this morning.

What does that term mean? Stopped out is not in my vocabulary.

Youll have to forgive us BOB we dont like stops...although i do use limits...every so often i even use limits as stops putting them on to lock in small profit is case they try to reverse but im perfectly happy most of the time to just let it play out even if it means i have to dig my way out

 I know its All hindsite but....... there was a time when you would have taken that 4hr cross up on the D1 lines in that E/J trade friday morning. Seems like a classic up cross to me. But you went with a sell...how come ??

 I see those D1 crosses work alot. But they will bounce off each other and put you in a hole to climb out of. Oh well thx for the thread, its always nice to check in and see how you guys are doing........................good tradin' all

 

 

1iron it had closed below a MA and broke support...the EU was getting taken to the woodshed then it blew up...was a cross though i did see that...ill see how she behave early today its sitting up against resis right now so if it breaks higher here ill look to add over 127

I got to start looking more long term here...just searching through the thread im looking at some of my entry times and my comments and im bailing early on several trades and getting caught in trades i shouldnt even be in....i called for the EU/GBP drop to 86 if 8750 didnt hold,it hit a low of 8606 and only took a few scalps from it...i called the drop in AUD to 9150 and only scalped it and it hit a low of 9156...i even talked about setting up a sell order and it would have been perfect less than 30 pips from the high but i read too much crap on the GOLD scandal..got to quit reading all these so called EXPERTS articles...

I will be be holding this EU/JPY pair waitng for an avg up over 127 or holding until it comes to me...but i wont be dipping early im gonna let the pair give some kinda sign of a move first...

Im looking at a sell of $/JPY....getting a sell signal from my MT4 charts...not sure if its because of the SMA cross or what but ive also got resis right here in this area fib line 9445...the pair is sitting 100 pips above all of its MAs on the 4hr closest being the 25 at 9328...

I am noticing Yen selling pretty much across the board..not sure what specifically is triggering it but maybe the Euro issue resolving (I dont see how) is triggering Eu.Yen buying which means Yen selling..

I have the same add order in myself on the short for the EU.Yen...126.80

I finally fixed my issue with my charts...mozilla let download an update i couldnt get with IE for some reason....who needs tech guys???

Wall did you set a limit in EU/JPY or you still in..i shouldve listened to sell signal in MT4 and added to my position on the close Friday...

I got my limit in JPY set it at 25 and went to bed looks like it just made it...about 7 pips or so to spare...i will keep setting limits as long as im holding EU/JPY i dont plan on getting stuck in two of these..

AUD looks like its about to cross[higher] on the 4hr...im not touching it though i got a nasty job to go to today and wont be taking the laptop in...but i will have it in the car so ill check in on breaks and at lunch so if i see something ill post....

Trend line in AUD top looks like 9316....lets see if it can really push higher off this cross or if it gets rejected....im off to work ill check in as soon as i can

Yeah I set a limit additional sell at 126.70 I think..

As to the buy cover I have no limit set yet..I didnt think we would get a big bounce down..I expect this to take a little bit of time.

Added a lot short on the US.CD trade, which I am fine with..

Also covered my EU.Yen short at 124.35 for 125 pips.

Wish i had added but its all good ill take the CASH....i ran into some folks i havent seen in a few years we went and tipped a few back yesterday so i wasnt around...im paying for it now though at work.....

Missed some crosses on some charts and a few good sell signals on MT4 but ill make it up tonight....

We didnt have to wait that long Wall and once again i got out to early on both JPY trades

I get the feeling they move the USM higher, so my bet would be that risk-on would be the trade today.

This selling is a shallow joke..no conviction at all.

I'm still bearish on the Euro greenback for this week. I speculate the pair is bound to plummet at the very least for the next two days. The pullback/correction/mini rally or whatever you guys want to call it ended yesterday as far as I'm concerned so for you technical traders out there, get your favorite indicators out and don't overthink the situation for the next couple of days and just sell when the signals tell you so. That's my take lol GL gents

So now Portugal gets its rating cut and outlook changed to negative.

Greece also being discussed about leaving the EU, their CDS costs are at all time highs, Portugal pricing going up.

I dont see how the Euro can go anywhere but down..

We are still 100 plus pips from the lows..and if you run a daily chart you see that this area has been approached 7 times since middle March.

Then the 1.25 area is probably the next stop with tons of support there.

The SPX VXX indicator might have made a bottom and that might signal some selling which would mean USD buying..

Well the selling is picking up a little...interesting and rare if I do say so.

My level II on Delta is all over the place, inverted bid and ask prices..just wacky.

Just shorted at 3285.
