One less Mexican meth dealer
Several medals should be given out
where the white boys gonna buy there meth now
I believe they have a dept. called "Internal Affairs" to conduct these types of investigations?? ![]()
I truly hope justice is served, if in fact it is determined they had the wrong guy.
Final thought: Point a gun at someone (especially the Police), good chance you'll end up dead. ![]()

This is going to come down to another case of the cops making a huge mistake once again, in their rush to wanting to break down doors and arrest people, while hoping they get the chance to unload their weapons.
Why did it take so long for the cops to let the medics come in? Did they want the guy to die so there would be no real witness left behind.
These para military swat units are way out of control in our country.
When cd and I agree on something it must be true.

UPDATE:
Tucson deserves to know more about Guerena shooting
Josh Brodesky Arizona Daily Star
Maybe, as it's been alleged, Jose Guerena was part of a home-invasion ring with family members, ripping and running with body armor and assault weapons, posing as law enforcement.
But all we know, more than two weeks after SWAT officers shot him 60 times, is that Guerena was a Marine who served in Iraq and had no criminal record. We know he worked the night shift at the Asarco Mission Mine, and he was a father and husband.
Could Pima County Sheriff Clarence Dupnik have bungled the explanation for this shooting any worse? His department first said Guerena fired at the SWAT officers. Then it said he didn't. The officers now say he raised his gun with the safety on and pointed it at them. Since the correction, Dupnik has refused to comment on what went down.

Yep, armed citizens would have really helped. There would just be more dead people. I'm not justifying anything, but I wasnt there. I dont believe anything I read and half of what I see. ![]()

We shouldn’t seek out the truth in a case in Arizona in which a SWAT team shot a US Marine 60+ times in his own home and preceded to change their story several times because a woman falsely accused police officers in New York of raping her? ![]()

SS,
timdog is confused. Instead of seeking the truth, as they did in the NYPD case, he rather come with the preconception that cops can't do no wrong and if someone is shot in his own home, he must be asking for it, plain and simple.
Justice? Only when it applies to getting law enforcement out of a tight spot.

I feel sorry for this fallen fellow comrade in arms and his family and friends however when dealing with any police I highly suggest that if you are a "clean living citizen" that you do not attempt to move a finger when the police draw down on you. If you do you are inviting disaster. Just do what they ask and live to clear it up later. This has happened to me before but I was wise enough to NOT give them a reason to squeeze off rounds.
As for the fallen Veteran... He obviously felt there was some kind of external threat which is why I assume he picked up his weapon... I'm only surprised that he was unable to either a) Get a round off... or b) realize it was law enforcement and cease defensive actions.
The police seemed determined that all their guys were going home healthy that day. All it would have taken is just ONE movement by the Veteran, a move which was inconsistant with the law enforcement officers demands to comply... just a raising of the barrel of his weapon was all the cops needed to set off the first shot which was immediately followed by a barrage of more shots.
The entire incident was a lose, lose situation. And it's unfortunate for ALL that the incident was not resolved without loss of life.
Let's hope that all the facts are released and that they justify the events which led to this unfortunate killing of a Veteran by law enforcement.
