Religion??? WTF

In my 32 years I have never seen a bigger fraud...

I'm calling out those of you who believe in a higher power, and yes I even include those of you who think the Universe/creation was created by a higher power...I am willing to bend a little on the fact that the big-bang/string theory hinges on something creating that, maybe...

But my point is to hear from those who believe in a higher "magical power" since I think it's truly fucking fraud....Yeah you might justify how you got african nations on your side, but I believe there are millions across this world who believe in: Muslim, Christianity, Judiasm, or hinduism...So who is right if hundred of millions think they are correct...Seems a little fishy to me, but hey what do I know I'm a science guy and think you're all bullshit....

Please prove me wrong, since I've become such a non-believer advocate that I'd put most of you to death for being such a moron and ruining my planet...No shit, explain how I'm wrong....I know God knows what I'm saying and as Carlin would explain "he has time to worry about billions of us" let alone the other worlds...

It is such a moronic concept that I beg anyone w/ ballz to explain why they think a "god" exists..And why I'm wrong. And NO I won't accept "God told me so"!!!

In my twenty two years of existence I've come to the realization that religion is a business just like everything else in this world. Thats why there so many types to choose from. To me religion was created to keep the people separate. Only way we'll find out is when that day comes for us.

Makes sum....I agree w/ the separation, but I feel like it was more of "us against them"...Study african history and you will see why a lot of Africans chose christianity...Not because they saw the light, but if they didn't acknowledge the light they wouldn't exist....Seems pretty ignorant that because another Could/May destroy you since your in-belief, that your choice is what they believe....Hmmm...I wonder Why I question forced religion??? I also wonder why people think a lady could get impregnated w/out sex, goes against everything our "HomoSapien' belief stands for...In science a lot of species goals are to replicate, yet in Humans we aren't just suppose to replicate, but we also protect our young....Turning a blind eye to science and nature is plain Ignorant in my book, but I may be wrong and I will have to tell "god" to go fuck himself if presented w/ that problem....I'm more than willing to do that, and I may seem as extreme as Muslims who think God will reward them w/ 72 virgins...Which is more crazy??? I get 72 virgins (for a species required to reproduce) or my simple minded thoughts on life, which is what got created from stardust/unexplainable science?

To answer my last comment I think 72 virgins are a certainity, I mean how many of us run into 72 hot virgin chicks??? Seems pretty logical doesn't it....Or is it the same brainwashing shit that Orwell described in 1984? Morals are just that, dictated by society's beliefs (I cannot say wrongly) but I don't think morals in prohibition worked out...That is unless you wanted Capone and Kennedy to make billions w/ the US's issues, so now day's I include Pot since Mexican gangs make 60% on the shit and directly put those funds to coke smuggling....But I must digress since what do I know, only 10 thousand people have been killed around the borders this year and smugglers use invisible subs paid for by the pot trade so they can sell coke.....

If I fuck your daughter and you don't hear me sneak in the window, did I really fuck your daughter??? I only watch "Border wars", "Border Patrol", "Wild America" and other shows related to illegal gangs growing pot so I have no clue what the American gov't can do to curtail dangerous gangs from owning the pot trade....I now ask the police chiefs in Amsterdam who deal w/ minor drugs and get their opinions, oh shit we are so stubborn we don't need to listen to them!!!! It has become such a joke the "Just Say No" campaigns that my generation laughs at Reagan....If we are so concerned about China ruling the trade deficit then maybe we shouldn't prosecute so many of our non-violent offenders....If you rape a chick you should get the books thrown at you, but smoking a joint should result in the same crime

I would say shit is fucked up, but my best friend is a public defender (top of his college class) and he tells me the fucked up shit the legal system does everyday....I don't know how we change it, and I will no-doubt die before it satisfies me!!!!

Nobody knows who is right..but the question that has gone unanswered and will continue to go unanswered for as long as we live..is why are we here?

Are you willing to believe that science created our world and universe and before science was complete nothingness?

When you think about the human body and how everything works to make us survive it truly is amazing..our brain, heart etc...

Its hard to believe that its just all science and that there isnt a higher power out there.

Think about the universe and how big it is.  Think about aliens and other forms of intelligent life that is believed to be living out there.

I am trying to be very realistic here but it is very hard for me to say everything is purely based on science.

There very well may be a higher power out there and "god" is just a given name for that higher power.

The only explanations I will accept is those who say "god" created the big-bang otherwise your living an illusion and that may be OK w/ you, but I have more common sense to ask Why....Yes it may be forward to those who are ignorant on science, but I guess that's why survey's show those who have Masters, bachelors degrees in science are overwhelming against a "god" like figure....Did you know pot "devil's harvest" was made Illegal to go against Chinese/Mexican immigrants....Did you know "prohibition" was set forth by women who couldn't vote as "devil's drink"....So what makes you a fucking expert on what human-kind is????

I welcome these comments because it just shows the ignorance we live w/ in society!!!! I welcome many more, since I strongly doubt any1 can turn me into a believer....Maybe if you spoke to "god' yourself, but he'd probably say I have 10 billion motherfuckers to deal w/ and you aint nothing but a BITCH!!!!

I myself believe in God, I have a hard time believing that this universe happened by accident.  I have a hard time believing that if the earth was so perfectly placed that humans can live on it.  A little off one way or the other and it would be impossible to habitat on earth.
Have I personally seen God? no, have there been plenty of people that have? yes.
You looking for proof?  read the Bible.  The difference between that book and many others is that it was written over a couple thousand years ago and predicts modern time.
Like a few people said on here we will all know when they time comes, If i am right you better be prepared...  And if by chance I am wrong and there is no God or no Heaven and hell, guess what?  I lived a great life and will die just like everyone else.

I am sure people will ridicule me for my beliefs but that is fine, I have studied.

You asked the "true question" why are we here....I don't know if It's my simple mind, but study how Humans became what we are...Is it the fact that we learned to cook food as Monkeys which increased our brain size, or is it aliens (mars etc....) specimens got delivered to this planet which had the right cocktail of molecules to be formulated into what we are....I Don't have the answers to this yet, but I feel in my life-time we will answer this w/out a doubt....Study planets/moons that in our solar system have the cocktails for life, yes we may not find it soon, but in the 8 planets and their moons we have a good idea, let alone the millions of planets in our own galaxy the "local group" or maybe expand and see that maybe in our Universe life isn't unique for this planet....

Study Drake's formula and maybe your view of this universe will change, I'm sorry but I feel gravitional forces and many other related objects such as life-span are gauged by where you live in the universe...I may be crazy, but copernicus was seen as crazy by saying the Earth wasn't the Center of the Universe, Man what a fucking fool!!!! Science is such a joke, yet religious crazy beliefs is SO TRUE

So someone spoke to/met "god" eh, because a book or bible tells you so? Well I explained that w/ my gov't telling me to duck and cover to protect me from a nuclear blast...I'd say I believe the more recent lies, which are far from accurate

I also thank you for not forcing your opinion on me, let me die/live eternally in hell if I so choose to not believe, because murder/rape are so much better than not believing in a "mystical being" or "invisible man in the sky"....

No I'm no Alias...Been me since I was born

I kind of agree that it's a losing proposition since some 90% of the world thinks there is a creator, but my dumbass thinks that truth and logic will convince them otherwise

At least I will have no problem going to my grave thinking the rest of the world is fools, why hopefully they question "god" on their dying beds

Nice to hear others aren't so "entranced" w/ the mystical figures

Hey my man u live near duxbury beach or W. Bridgewater? I use to frequent those places on an annual basis and I still got a girl that was raised up around there....And yes we used a condom because I couldn't trust "god" on deciding if we had a child or not

I will say this, as much as I do not agree with atheist, I also believe there are many wrong Christians out there.  I believe there are so many Christians that bash people calling them sinners and telling them they will go to hell... to be honest I would rather be friends with a atheist then those Christians...  To me the Bible says don't judge but pray for them.  That is why I am not judging you nor would I ever criticize you for your beliefs.  Trust me, I am not perfect, but I try my best.

If there were more "religious" nuts out there like you I could/would tolerate "it" and certain religions more....As i mentioned I use to pray every night when i was a teenager "thank you for today my lord, and please bring me a good day tomorrow, etc" but now that I feel I'm older and wiser I think of that shit as a joke...It suited/eased my mind so I could sleep (very self-centered) when I was young and ignorant,  and now I realize even how moronic I was...

I use this as an example, but also as a teaching point on the idiocracy, Please watch Carlin's last standup....I doubt 2 many w/ strong beliefs wouldn't at least question if they're wrong, and that's all I want....I don't expect everyone to subscibe to my views (hell they probably have very little concept about the world/universe around them), but as long as people question things (and not blindly accept them) I think WE ARE ALRIGHT
