im in the same situation, except we've also become friends so go out to bars and dinner (not a relationship though). it can really be a lot of fun if she's down to play along and not get to serious

think of an excuse now, and bring it up every once in a while. for me it was easy and she actually gave it to me. she comes from a pretty jewish family and I'm christian, she already said if her family knew they wouldn't approve, so theres no reason in pretending we can get serious.
