Actually I do, it's just that some questions are so dumb that they don't deserved to be answered. Ever heard of trial and error? Do something that doesn't work, you don't do it again. Do something that does work, you hold on to that and pass it on to future generations. Over time that knowledge adds up until you know how to fly to the moon.

No, quite the contrary, it's people like you who believe their ancestors were ape-like animal creatures who would have us still living in caves if yall were leading the world...lol and we'd all be groaning stuff like...huhuhaha!...huhuhaha!...huhuhaa!...lol

There are other evolutionist who believe we humans came from the oceans, we once were swimming in the ocean and one day we decided that we wanted to walk on land...hihihihihihi!

So which is it?, are your ancestors fish from the sea or ape-like animal creatures from the caves?...lol

No, I won't have any of that nonsense, I'm sticking with my belief that God is the Creator All Mighty and He created human beings in his image, in his likeness!

So God created human beings in his own image. In the image of God he created them; male and female he created them. ---Genesis 1:27

    More Larry.

    We need more Larry.

Im done debating you - I just need more of you.  Kind of like when you first watch Jersey Shore and want to beat them down - then after a while you just want more.

Please, tell us more wisdom.  Like the part "evolutionist scientists say we came from the ocean".  Thats a great start.  We need more like this.

    Come on Larry.

No, I won't have any of that nonsense, I'm sticking with my belief that God is the Creator All Mighty and He created human beings in his image, in his likeness!

You do realize that you are an ape like creature. I'll ask again since none of you dare to answer. Name ONE ANATOMICAL FEATURE THAT YOU HAVE THAT AN APE DOES NOT HAVE.

All you have to do is name one. You can't because is no difference at all.

Please show me the paper where "evolutionists" believe we (humans) came directly from oceans. This is a lie and you know, now you are just making things up.

Like I stated in a previous post, life began in the ocean then evolved onto land.  We have fossils of animals with gills, scales and lungs and 4 limbs that represent that transition.

Vanzack - we thought Rostos and SJD were entertaining. please. get a load of boberts. He trumps them all... BY A LOT.

Depending on how you view it, i think he's worse because he makes unsubstantiated AND false claims whereas Rostos and SJD simply employ repeated circular logic. But the reverse can be argued as well.

I also like how SJD thinks its "funny" that we believe life started out in the oceans and extended onto land while he believes god waved his magic wand and made life appear...which then evolved (i guess what god made wasn't "good" after all lol)

This thread has to stop, it is going around in circles and circles and circles.

To sum up, this is what it has come down to.

    1. We know the universe has a birthdate, at this birthdate, time, space and matter began to exist. Prior to this birthdate, there was nothing, absolutely nothing.

We know something cannot come from nothing (in this natural world), therefore the CAUSE of space, time and matter has to be outside of space, time and matter unless you believe space , time and matter can create itself out of nothing.

The definition of something outside of time (eternal), space and matter is ???

Christians and Catholics like myself believe this is God. The naturlist here is limited to either saying,

    a) i dont know what the cause is but it definitly isnt God. I dont know but it sure isnt God.

    b) Something can come from nothing in this natural world.

Even when they are saying i dont know what it is , they ultimately have to admit to believing that space, time and matter (gravity) craeted itself out of nothing, where as believers believe it was God (outside of time, space and matter). You decide which is more plausible.

Please dont then say who created God i have been through this 500 times.

    2) us believers believe that the universe was finely tuned to have life on earth. There was a creator behind this with an intention for life on this earth.

The non believer basically is limited to believing that everyone we see, hear and do is from absolute flike and luck. As there was no intention for this earth and life on earth, it was pure luck. Pure luck that the earth was formed, then another bit of pure luck that the right conditions formed at the right time for life to be created on this earth. We are all just pure random fluke and luck. A Harvard professor calculated the odds that the earth being created by pure chance is equivalent to rolling a pair of sixes 50,000 in a ROW. If  on the 49,999th time you roll the dice and u get a different result, u have to start again.

    3) The bible, we have been through this a million times. The bible has withstood the test of time and has been scruitinised by the best of best academics of the world since its inception only for it to flourish from there. The non believers disregard it because

    a) it was written by man. So everything anyone writes should be disregarded on this forum, because it was written by ......man?

    b) There is war and violence in the old testament which shows God;s rebellion against sin as he hates sin so much, the gravity of his response to sin is too much for some to bear.

    c) Readers are reading everything literally. This is fact that it shouldnt, God said to cut off your right hand if it causes you to sin. I dont think God wants everyone to cut there right hands off. In some cases it could cause people to die from a loss of blood and i for a fact know that God doesnt want people to kill themselves. he is rather talking about his hate for sin and the consequences for sinning.

By reading through posts, people are having trouble understanding the trade off between free will and evil, pain and suffering in this world.

God gave us the ultimate gift of free will, to do what we want, when we want and how we want. He did this so we can love him out of our own free will. By understanding God is good, we would naturally be drawn and loving to him. The consequence of free will is that man is evil and sins causing pain, suffering in this world. Faith is a big part in free will. Since the new testament, God wants man to have a relationship with him via faith.

The earth is merely a stage where man is to develop a relationship with God, man decides what they want to do.

If you humble yourself, stray away from sin and repent your sins, you will find God in your hearts.

There really isnt anymore to say.

    Rostos -

Please reference this Harvard professor you quote in point #2.

I am simply trying to point out to you that you like to make stuff up, and present it as fact.

Im guessing you got it from a dopey article like this one - but this is actually an important point - THAT YOU CONSTANTLY MAKE STUFF UP AND POST IT AS FACT - AND SHOULD NO LONGER BE CONSIDERED REPUTABLE.

    So please source.

Even if that is accurate. Rolling a pair of 6s 50,000 times in a row does not mean that the odds are impossible. Who's to say it can't happen on the first try? But, the real point is, do you have any idea how many planets there are in the universe? Most likely, there are more than however large that number is (and that's not to mention the  trillions upon trillions upon trillions of planets that have lived and died in the past). So if there are more planets than the probability, the likelihood of at least one forming with life becomes virtually "1"... and additionally, in 2014 NASA is launching a new telescope into space and there will be a new and much more precise system for testing other planets for life. Most scientists believe that they will find many "earth-like" planets out there.

Purely hypothetical, of course, because such planets have not yet been discovered; if other planets that support and actually have life on them are discovered, how would this impact the creationist argument (and we're gonna assume, as the scientists do, that any life discovered will likely not be intelligent)

Mate, i follow a guy called Dr William Lane Craig who is  the guns of all guns. One of the best debaters u will see.

He continually destroys atheists like Hitchens, Dennet, Harris.

Furthermore, Richard Dawkins is scared shitless to debate him.

None of the atheists can debunk his arguments which are pretty much the ones i use above....

I suppose the truth always wins out.

So let me summarize for you:

"I rostos, cannot source the 'harvard professor" that I quoted above, so I will try to deflect and ignore the request for proof.  I make shit up all the time, and post it as fact, hoping nobody will call me on it!"

How do we know that if there is life on another planet, God didnt go there as well in the form of a redeemer (Jesus).

Or the life there could be sin free not needing a redeemer.

When we meet and talk to these other life forms (if that is possible) we find out the same thing happened there as it did here? redeemer came down.

Well, like I said, we're gonna assume the life isn't intelligent and furthermore, there is no way we can communicate with it. It would take hundreds of years for us to transmit anything to these planets because they will be thousands of light years away. But, even if we could communicate, we wouldn't even try if we can clearly see the life is nothing more than micro-organisms or simple plant/bug life. Obviously these creatures don't have the ability to think or reason or remotely understand the concept of "god." So, simply, the question is: What should we think?

Once again, I realize that is in that dopey website that you cut and paste from....

BUT HE DID NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH HARVARD.

Get it?  Obviously you dont, because you even post it as your souce - KNOWING THAT HE DIDNT.

Rostos - the point is that you constantly make shit up, and expect people not to call you on it.

So just admit you embellished.  You lied (breaking one of the 10 commandments), and by continuing to lie you are further angering your god, bringing death and destruction to some peasant in an impoverished nation and death to 100 puppies.

And I have already addressed the near certainty of this occurring, even accepting your probability, based on simple mathematics.
