You have no record and the guy could not get you a suspended sentence with rehab for your ``marijuana addiction`` ...sorry guy but the mouthpiece you got did not do his job.

I'm not attny, but I'm not sure that an AR would be the correct sentence for someone busted with 20lbs

If I accept the plea, ill give you more information.  I got another charge that is complete bullshit, that they are willing to drop, if I accept their plea.  The circumstances regarding that are so ridiculous....

Trust me.  Friday is D day. Ill let you know then.

What state? Cause in Georgia, County time is a year or less and more than a year you go to an actual State Prison. In Georgia, County time is reduced to half due to overcrowdness, so you would only do 4.5 months here......
