First you want to burn fat. Do some cardio then finish that off with some niacin until it feels like you have a light sunburn. Once you've burned some fat flush flush flush with water. The day of the test you want to basically piss water, you can take any vitamin B pills the night before/day of to give it a yellow color (neon yellow) and if you know anyone with creotine powder take a little bit of that, this is what they test for to see if it is dilluted (just from natural eating there will be small traces of creotine in your urine apparently).
