I do agree with you but by law he's supposed to have NO contact, 
thats what a restraining order is

btw lets not make Ckatter8 a saint. For him to even have a restraining order against him he must've done something wrong,.......Alot!

Go thru the process and adhere to the consequences.  In 6 months, if you have no additional offenses, wipe your record clean by getting it 'expunged' from your record.  (You need to get the infraction(s) expunged for future employment opportunities.)  BOL!

If you called her on a blocked number and she didn't record it with something that gives date and time information then she has nothing on you. As long as you didn't admit to anything I see you getting off scott free

Police obviously took her report very seriously and were convinced enough to get that warrant.

Definitely get a lawyer Monday morning. Judges have zero mercy when it comes to harrassment/restraining order violations.

They can't get a warrant from 3 missed calls and a Facebook message that doesn't exist. If what you are saying is true should be an easy case to throw out for the judge when you go to court. Only reason I would think you are screwed is if she recorded the phone call.

It's not a restraining order--it's a HARASSMENT restraining order.  Therefore, I reiterate that since she was on the phone with him, it was not harassment, which is legally defined as "unwanted and repetitive behavior".  Thus, the HRO was not violated.

I think I will just reiterate what has already been said, move the f*ck on.  Other then that, let your lawyer do his job and learn from it. Nothing life altering is going to come from this, I would guess a suspended sentence at most.

You still aren't clearing any of the things up that I talked about in my last post....if what you are saying is true in your first 3 posts then there should be zero percent chance you go to jail. The burden of proof is on her to prove that you violated that restraining order and without recordings or a message in digital form its gonna be impossible for her to win.

So again I ask where did you slip up that you aren't telling us?

Your family friend is charging you 3500?? I wouldn't pay that for these charges. I think even a public defender could get you off this. What did they charge you with? Look up the sentence range in your state.
