you make some good poitns legwand. the soliders deserve the utmost respect. however, what could be more disrespectful to the troops, and our country, than to keep these kids in afghanistan and iraq and other places and expose them to these risks for no good reason, if there ever was one.

The whole thing is that over in Afghanistan was a safe haven for these ppl to plan and train to attact the US and if we pull out then we will be back there . But this time we won't have the help of the ppl over there like we did . And all the troops know why we are in there and if you ask any of them they will say we need to stay

It took us 3 years to defeat the nazis. We have been in Afghanistan for 10 years and who knows how much longer we will be there. My only question is what are we doing there.

With 98% of the world fighting with us and that was what over 70+ years ago . Its a different world and war we are fighting in . So how can you compare WWII to this
