Bookmaker Payout Issue

that sucks man.  the bank released the funds from my bodog check on tuesday.  If I were you I would walk into your bank and demand to know what the hell is going on.   If it's a bad check they should tell you, if it's a good check they should cash it, and if anything else is going on they should tell you.  to just keep it in limbo and tell you nothing is ridiculous.

You do realize that its illegal for banks to knowingly accept or allow transactions to offshore gambling sites?

Is it illegal to do legit work for such a site, such as website design or marketing?  bodog, for instance, is a real company.   Are they not allowed to send money to an individual in the USA?  The checks do not say "gambling proceeds."

Well at approximately 3:30 this afternoon, after a trip to the bank, an hour on the phone talking to 6 different departments the bank the check was written to, and two long emails to my bank, the hold on my funds was finally lifted. I now have access to the funds, and am so relieved this is over. My bank is beyond ridiculous. Painful lesson was learned. Just happy it's over.

good news!

I have a pending WU payout with BM as well, on the 5th day now  never waited this long before.

Cobra, I hope you are closing this account now after all this crap?

glad you got your money but damn that is such a pain... im about make my withdrawal soon through bank draft and now this is making me nervous ..
