They make spaghetti pizza in Australia. I used to have a local place around the corner and theirs was fantastic. They would put the meat sauce only on the pizza and it was great.
There was also a place in Melbourne which made a spaghetti pizza but they went one step further and had the pasta as well as the meat sauce on it. Now that was one filling feed.

Alan Borgen wanted us to prepare each item one at a time, so we would make the Philly hoagee then he would have his guys take pictures of it and film it as we made it, then it sat on the side as we prepared another item, and that item sat, then another, then another, by the time Mr. Borgen was doing the commentating the food had been sitting on a table for about three hours. thats why it looked different while he was doing his thing.
Yes the big fat guy is me, Iv battled weight loss and weight gain nearly all my life, Eating healthy for myself is one thing but serving healthy food at a gourmet style sportsbar would put me out of business in a heartbeat, People come there to drink, have a good time and enjoy something they never get a local sportsbar or pub, thats delicious food.
If your in my area, stop by, Ill treat you to the fattiest greasiest hot italian sub you can ever eat lol

Hey man I'm definitely coming by next time I visit some family in southern california. This restaurat looks incredible. Great stuff.
