I am wondering what is a must have on a daily basis for optimum health. Heart, cancer prevention?

As of right now, i am taking 2 multivitamins, 2 garlic pills and 2 fishoil pills per day.

Anything else i should be taking?

I think most nutritionists/dietitians would need to know more
    age
    weight
    health issues
eating habots ( fats? carbs? fiber? )
    etc

Well i am fairly normal in all aspects, and young too. However my grandfather died young 71 by a heartattack and he was healthy. Or atleast appeared to be.

I know there are superfoods and antixodants and such but just dont know what the right combi would be. I guess you can also take much of some vitamins so they actual do more damage than good.

Vitamin K thickens the blood.  If you have histories of heart attacks or blood pressure problems, make sure you're not overloading your body on this.  It's largely found in GREEN veggies. . .  Spinaches, collards, etc

It was actually a huge tradigy when he died. Not a laughing matter at all, since it came totally unexpected.

Is there a site that has all the vitamins and minerals listed and you could reference what your body may be lacking based off symptoms.

I've always been told that in order to know what nutrients your body lacks you have to do a blood panel.

Seems like it would be easier than that. Like say if I wasn't getting enough iron I might bruise easily. Something like that.

    Anybody know?
COVERS allows u to tell someone they are sexually frustrated so long as ur hands are clean

ABN - I wish. . .  I hope someone links up something like that, I need it.  Ever since I started boxing 4-5 times a week, I've been better about balancing my diet and trying to pay more attention to how I feel, and what could make things better.  It's tough as shit sometimes, because when I use that much energy, I can't just go eat a salad or something to lose weight, I gotta have fuel or I will burn out

The best antioxidant you can take for the cardiovascular system is Grape Seed Extract.  It strengthens the blood vessels, binds to fat deposits in the blood stream, cleans the arteries, and improves circulation.  Check it out and strongly consider it.
