Question

PPR league, 2 WR's and 1 Flex.Welker @ Oakland (this one is a must play)Two out of these WR's:Devin Hester vs SaintsMarvin Harrison vs DetroitBernard Berrian @ ArizonaEddie Royal @ CarolinaKevin Curits vs ClevelandI know Berrian is an automatic start, but Gus might be out, so that decreases his value, but they are playing Arizona.Normally, I wouldn't start Marvin, but they're playing Detroit, so that's why I would consider him.Right now, I'm leaning towards Hester and Harrison, just because of matchups vs weak defenses, but any input or angles I've missed would be helpful.

I would consider... Harrison, Berrian and Royal as my prospective plays.

I still can't drink the Hester Kool-Aid even though he plays offense now...

Forced to pick I probably go Berrian and Harrison

blaineg · Answer

Berrian is a sinking ship imo, Tavares is going to hurt Berrians production. Royal is a play its just picking your 3rd option that is difficult Hester or Starvin Marvin, first look has me thinking marvin but thinking colts will get up early and try to get there less than steller running game going so the part about getting up early well that involve marvin that is the question. Hester would be a complete homerun here but they are playing the Saints who are like 26 against the pass so imo I think if you want to take risk you play hester want to play safe take Marvin

HutchEmAll · Answer

BP and blaineg have solid analysis here. I'd go with Royal and Marvin.

J-QUEST · Answer

Hester will have to help my bears fight for playoffs so look for big plays, its cold and they will run all day which will benefit with the play action. Hester is getting more targets so good for PPR leagues.
Marvin against DET or Royal is the real thinker.
Indy will be up big so rhodes will take the cake, Den will play from behind so plenty of air there. My lean would be royal

harrison and curtis
