What trade would you offer?

Im thinking of upgrading at receiver.In my league you have to have 4 RBs and 5 WRS so there is no hoarding positions.

My Rbs are Barber,Jacobs,Jones and Stewart.

Receivers are Marshall,Smith,Reggie brown,Kevin Walter, and Engram.

 

ANother team needs a Rb so im thinking of trading Jones or Stewart for either Roy Williams or Santoniao Holmes.

 

Which of these 2 RBs would you trade and which reciever would you rather have?

just my op:  I'd wait on trying to get Williams a couple weeks to see how he fits in w/ Dallas and their QB situation.  I'm sure he's a better option than having Engram, but I doubt you'll be able to pawn Engram off for Williams given the situation in Seattle, ya know?  At least Holmes is in a good spot at Pitt and they're coming up on playing so weaker looking secondaries the next couple weeks.  With your top 4 WR's excluding Engram, you don't look that bad.  Same with your RB's.  You may just want to sit on them for a couple weeks to see how it goes.  Just my opinion though...

Thanks for the input.Those are good RBs you have and is a tough call.All 3 Have good matchups.Id definately Start Slaton.Chris Johnson will do good to but the thing is Portis is a beast and gets all the goaline carries and 25 touches a game.Thats hard to not start.If he plays id expect him to have a good game.

 

With Colston,Shockey,and Patten coming back could be a big hit on Lance Moore.Kevin Walter has been having a good season and has a great matchup against my Lions team.Only thing is i dont like Starting to many guys from 1 team like Slaton and Walter.I wouldnt play Mason.I dropped him myself.With all that said lol,I think i would go with Walter.Good luck.

 

 

Would you start Brees or Cutler?I have Marshall to.Its a PPR league

that's a toss up too...I'm going with Brees since I have Warner on a bye, and so far Brees has been serious money in my league...#1 QB avg 32 a game.  But Carolina could be rough on him.  Cutler going against NE might be a better play with having Marshal.  NE isn't great against the pass and have given up quite a few passing TD's.  You could have a good Cutler/Marshal opportunity for points against them if they hit on all cylinders. 

I'm def. worried about Portis.  I'm positive he'll play, but feel like I'm screwed either way...if I start him he'll probably get hurt and leave early, and if I sit him then of course he'll have a career fucking day and I look like a chump!!!  I'm 6-0 though luckily and the team I'm against has 4 starters on a bye, so I don't think it would cost me the game if I sit him and go with Johnson and Slaton.  who knows though!
