Week 3 Help Please

Pretty damn good team in my 12 team league. Here are the starting spots. Most are set by I'm unsure on a few.
QB: Schaub
RB: Turner
RB: Smith
WR: Steve Smith (Car.)
WR: Ochocinco
Flex: ?
TE: Celek
D: Pitt
 
I'm not sure what I should do at the Flex spot. I have Barber and Choice, but Manningham is another possibility. Do I wait for Monday night, or go ahead and put Mario in.
On a sidenote, I'm getting Bowe for Manningham, but have pretty much told the guy since Bowe's banged up I'm playing Manningham this weekend and will make the trade at 12:01 Sunday afternoon. And he's okay with it

Made a trade in my PPR league. Moved MJD & Sims-Walker for Fitz & V. Jack. So now I just need to start 1 guy from the group of:
P. Thomas
Moreno
Winslow: probably the best bet

And Eddie Royal is a possibility. Forgot about that turd. Return yards do count in this league though.

Your up late tonight ...Maybe you try Royal this week... I saw some comments from the head coach regarding the use of Royal...I think he may get more targets this week

Royal should get more targets also b/c it looks like Stokely will be out.  So he and Marshall should be on the field more.  Just a matter of who Asomougha(sp?) is assigned to.  Also, Moreno is a GTD also.

scaub will choke.. manningham will probably be effective but i see giants running all day.. Id say choice
