Should I sit Turner?

Need help deciding who to start at my 2nd RB spot and in the Flex. Locked in are:

QB: Schaub

WR: S. Smith (Carolina)

WR: Ochocinco

RB: Barber

TE: Celek

RB: ?

Flex:?

My options are:

K. Smith: Pitt D, but he'll get catches & any GL carries

Turner: San Fran D has been great against the run

Coffee: Atlanta D however has been awful againt the run

Choice: highly unlikey w/ me already playing Barber, but it is KC

Bowe: O-Line is killing this team

Leaning to K. Smith & Coffee.

Pitt has an amazing run defense. You may consider smith if it's a ppr league but I'd hate to face that pitt run d.

I'd go with Turner and Coffee. I think this game will be smash'em type of game. SF is tough on D, but Turner has yet to shine and I think he can get 75yrds and possibly 2 td's.

I would play Turner and Coffee.  Smith would be my 3rd choice follwed by Bowe and Choice.

Thanks guys

Looks like Turner & Coffee it will be.

I do have a couple of starting questions in another league as well. Need to start 2 of these 3 QBs:

Romo: I think every QB with a pulse is a must start against KC

Garrard: been on fire, and Seattle secondary looks horrible

Palmer: what the hell has happened to the Ravens secondary

Leaning Romo & Garrard

Same League. Last RB spot, need 1:

Moreno: looks like his week to shine with no Buckhalter

Rice: won't get my the TDs, but this is a PPR

Leaning Moreno

One last one. Salary cap league.  I expect both of these guys to make decent money. Want to stay in for 2 weeks, need 1:

McNabb: TB, @ Oakland

Big Ben: @ Detroit, Cleveland

Have no strong lean one way or another
