Need two out of these three

I need two out of these three players to start in my league.  I really need a win this week.  Steve Breaston at St. Louis, Torry Holt home against Arizona, or Jamal Lewis against the Ravens.  I would appreciate any advice.  So far I am leaning on the two receivers because the Ravens are so hard to run against.  I do know that Lewis has had success against the Ravens in the past.  Any help is appreciated and good luck in your match ups today.
