i did a league on yahoo this year over the internet, never done b4, any way i used league safe to  pay and thats how we get payed out apparently, but the commmish says we have to vote for the winner so he gets the funds, so does the majority have to vote or can some1 in the league be a dick and not vote or vote for a losing team?
