I wouldnt be doing all this just for a TE not knowing your whole team makes it hard to determine if i would do it or not based on what you put down I would rather have Cutler you could be facing this guy in your championship, why would you want to go up against Cutler I say Brees and Cutler are both top 3 in fantasy this year

If your league does start 2 QB's then hell no don't make the deal.
I guess it doesn't really matter even you start only 1 QB, because I think the deal is pretty fair.
Cutler much better then Pennington
I love LT and have him in a league and don't want to give up on him, but the Giants run the ball more. Even with Ward I think Jacobs is getting more carries and more TD's.
Shockey should be about completely healthy, but Gates still the better TE.
Boldin will probably put up the best fantasy receiver numbers this year, but Steve Smith isn't shabby. Don't expect many more days from Steve Smith like he had yesterday.
If LT was showing signs of coming back to form then I'd tell you definately jump on the deal, but he isn't. So it's pretty even I think

Thanks fellas>believe me i dOnt like the idea of trading cutler to a team i may have to go against.But our league u have to have 4 rbs 5 wrs 2 qbs and so on on ur roster.So its hard to make trades alot of times.I like Gates and L.T. in week 14 when my playoff starts they are against Oakland and 15 which is my superbowl again K.C.
Also , yes i was thinking they might shut Jacobs down lil early in 1 of those weeks and save em for the playoffs if they keep winning and clinch division soon.Boldin is the best fantasy receiver you can have in my opinion.

get rid of Shockey if you really want this deal to go through then I would say get rid of Cutler although arguments can be said that brees and Cutler are similar in value
