I turned down his offer of Brandon Jacobs for Larry Fitzgerald. So, he offered Chris Johnson for Fitz or Marshawn Lynch for Greg Jennings. What do you guys think?

Yeah, I'm a little worried about my RB depth. I have Gore, MJD, McGahee, and Edge. I look ok at WR with Fitz, Jennings, Bowe, Desean Jackson, S. Holmes, and Avery.
I'm thinking about offering him Jennings for Brandon Jacobs. Does this seem to be a reasonable trade for both sides?

I think the trade is definitely fair but until we know what the other guy's needs are we cant say if he would do it if I were you I would offer up Holmes and hope he bites on it if not then up it to Jennings always leave yourself room to negotiate

Yeah, I actually offered him Jennings for Chris Johnson, knowing he wouldn't take it. So, he said he would probably give up any of his other backs though, b/c he is hurting at WR. Between Jacobs, Lynch, Jamal Lewis, and Ronnie Borwn, I asked for Jacobs and he accepted. I think it was fairly even for both sides, but I think I got the better of the deal.
