I did really well for the week in both College and NFL with the help of all of you.   Thank you very much
 
I am sticking with the BigDaddy Trend for tomorrow's game.

I looked on the sides and like Troy at the half as well will need to see my lines first but might just take Troy.


So far leaning on taking Troy and definite on the under if they give me a line on that.

 The BIG if in this game is Dwight Dasher ((qb)) for MTSU. If he dosen't play Troy will KILL MTSU. If he isn't 100% they will probably lose by more than 2 touchdowns. If he plays at 100% this will be a close game and taking the points looks good. So I will wait to see IF I can get some info on Dwight before I make a call.

Some injury news I found :(MTSU) Phillip Tanner not making the trip to TROY, DeMarco Mcnair limited by ankle injury, Senior Def end Tavares Jones did not practice this week lower leg injury and Def end Erick Walden will play but limited by a toe injury. DWIGHT DASHER is expected to plat despite knee and ankle injuries ((junior Joe Craddock is listed as the STARTER on mtsu's depth chart? mtsu coach Rick stockstill says he hopes to make it thru the game with at least one running back

 TROY Omar Haugabook has been limited in practice by nagging injuries. Coach says if he has to be pulled they have to guy's ready to play ((fyi))

Starting to lean towards Troy here. Originally, I threw the stats together and had a predicted score of ~ 33-24, so I was going to stay away. But... outside of Florida, Georgia, and Arkansas... Troy has had 7 wins and 6 of those wins were by more than 11.5. Yes, even beating Oklahoma State in the early season by 18. They threw up 34 points against a top-ten ranked UGA. I think troy is much better, and they should win by 2 TD's +

Advise against staying away from the O/U if it's still 58.

I like the under here, as well.  Going to wait until closer to game time to see if the line goes up any more.

BigD- Have a great vacation. My best to you and yours. I'm gonna jump on a little appetizer before Thursday called the "Big Daddy Blue Plate Special" and also on the men of Troy. (No Greek reference intended on the 'jump' comment.)
 
Unless Achilles is playing for the Blue Raiders this should be the bet.

Does anyone know the style of passing, MTS, likes to use?

For ex. North Texas likes to use the short passes to pick up an easy 4-6 yards, as oppose to going deep. They have a high 3rd down conversion rate.

I'm curious if MTS does that also.

Anyone like the Troy 1Q -3 prop?

Looking at this game, BD's special looks good.  I averaged the total which came out 58.05. The Vegas total is @ 59 1/2.  As for the side, games played had been close.  11 1/2 seems rather high for Troy to give. 
 
I didn't know about the Tuesday under trend, so I'll try it this time.

The under is the only way to go......been playing it blindly for 2 years now......Big D identified the trend long ago.......it doesn't win every time.......just most of the time!!!!  Happy Thanksgiving to all and GL!! 
 
And Troy does look like they can cover and the defense keep it under at the same time.

I was leaning under before I even hopped on the thread, forgot about the tue night special.
 
These two teams play each other well and the D's should be ready.
 
Weather shouldn't be a factor, no rain and in the low 50's tonight
 
I hate betting the under in college football when I am going to watch the game, the clock stops so much it makes you want to pull your hair out.
 
Still think the under is the right play

First time poster, but a long time lurker of this site. Thanks to everyone that provides helpful info. for everyone.

I have been following Troy all season(7-2 ATS) however,

MTSU has been 4-0 ATS when Vasher has played.With one loss ATS when splitting time with Craddock. Sounds like MTSU will play both QB's Vasher and Craddock(who is capable) MTSU is has a lot of injuries but this is the big rival game. A lot of these kids have played against each other in high school. I think it all hinges on Vasher's ability to make plays with a hurt knee and ankle. Since I believe he will be splitting time at QB I like troy.

Dasher, a true freshman, will play Troy for the first time. MTSU lost 21-20 to the Trojans last season.

Dasher, who has been slowed by knee and ankle injuries, could split time with junior quarterback Joe Craddock against Troy.

The Trojans aren't very familiar with either MTSU quarterback but Lee knows Dasher's skills very well.

I'm going with Troy at home 34-20

Gotta admit I like the Troy half and the under for the game also.
Guess we are all going down in flames or to the bank together!
Scares the heck out of me with so many on the same side...

I like Troy to cover the -11.5,  Almost all there home conf. games are UNDER, but don't place your bet yet, the total will rise again before the game time. $200 each way. Troy and under.

The last 4 head-to-head meetings have gone under 55 points.  My office currently has this total at 59.  Hopefully we can extend this trend to the last 5 meetings...
