UGA V Bama.. my thoughts, Bama has a very efficient O and a running QB, but their D is very lacking at CB. Bama has looked good this year minus the 1H v Kentucky, down 17-13, The Fla St game is a conundrum, Fla St had 3 turnovers and that score is a bit misleading but not entirely.Miss St turned the ball over 4 times and lost their star QB mid way thru the game.. Im not taking anything away from what bama has done, just stating the facts.
UGA, they haven't played anyone... the TN St game they pulled their starters with over 8 min left in the 2nd qtr with a 35-0 led, UGA pulled their starters with 6 minutes left in the 2nd qtr with a 49-0 lead, The Arkansas game they were pulled in the 4th qtr leading 38-3. UGA has issues with mobile QB's and their secondary is just above average. Gunner Stockton is a very good QB, not great but very good.
Bama will have success passing the ball and having their QB scramble for 1st downs, UGA is still looking for that #1 WR option and Gunner distributes the ball well.
I think this game comes down to the D's and special teams... punters and kickers are very important in a matchup like this... I hope the weather holds and the Tropical storm doesn't cause havoc but if it does start to cause havoc, which team has the better O line and RB?
Sorry for the long post... it could have been another 2-3 paragraphs... I'm not playing this game but I will be watching.

UTSA's run D is ranked 128th. There are only 134 teams. UTSA's run D is ranked 128th out of 134. My grandma's bingo night covers better than that. Opposing D giving up 5.3 yards per carry, 128th in FBS, vs a USF team Top 30 in explosive run rate at 5.3 ypc - taking the points with two 4-1 teams.
